【摘要】：個體二元性是二元組織特征情境的構(gòu)念基石,但學術(shù)界對其生成機理的認知仍模糊不清。結(jié)合中國情境,提出二元心智模式的構(gòu)念,通過心理學交叉學科視角,縱向分析了二元心智模式的多重內(nèi)涵,聚焦于創(chuàng)新情境,對689名中國企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新員工進行問卷調(diào)查,開發(fā)了二元心智模式的三維度測量工具,為個體二元層面的研究開辟了新的路徑。
[Abstract]:The individual two element is the cornerstone of the two yuan organizational feature situation, but the cognition of the formation mechanism of the individual is still obscure. Combining the Chinese situation, this paper puts forward the construction of the mental pattern of two yuan, and analyzes the multiple internal culverts of the two yuan mental pattern longitudinally through the Perspective of the cross discipline of psychology, focusing on the creative situation and creating the creation of 689 Chinese enterprises. The questionnaire survey was conducted by new employees, and the three-dimensional measurement tool of two yuan mental model was developed, which opened up a new path for the two yuan level research.
