GN公司員工培訓體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟時代背景下,人才是衡量企業(yè)競爭力的核心要素,只有擁有合格和優(yōu)秀的人才,企業(yè)方能在行業(yè)中生存和發(fā)展下去。企業(yè)獲得人才一般有兩種方式,一種是從外部市場招聘,另一種是對內(nèi)部現(xiàn)有人才進行培訓。招聘存在一定的風險,企業(yè)不一定在任何時候都能夠成功的招聘到優(yōu)秀的人才,因而,從長遠來看,有效的人才的培訓是企業(yè)造就高素質(zhì)人才的必由之路,如何建立一套完善、規(guī)范、科學的員工培訓體系使企業(yè)培訓效用最大化也因此成為企業(yè)家關注的焦點,專家學者的重點研究課題。本文綜合運用了文獻分析法、案例分析法和訪談法等多種研究方法,以GN公司員工培訓體系為研究對象,系統(tǒng)的分析了GN公司目前的公司概況、人力資源概況和員工培訓體系現(xiàn)狀,診斷出GN公司現(xiàn)有培訓體系存在的諸多問題,并通過進一步的調(diào)研分析,找出了問題存在原因。針對現(xiàn)有培訓體系存在的不足,結合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和員工內(nèi)在需要,本文從組織體系、流程體系、課程體系、支持體系四個方面對GN公司當前員工培訓體系進行了優(yōu)化設計。最后為確保新培訓體系能夠良好運行,本文從確保資金保障到位、加強組織機構建設、加強培訓環(huán)境支持三個方面提出了主要保障措施。希望通過本文的研究,可以幫助GN公司建立行之有效的員工培訓體系,提升GN公司員工培訓水平,并對類似企業(yè)員工培訓體系提供一定的指導和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, talent is the core factor to measure the competitiveness of enterprises. Only with qualified and excellent talents, enterprises can survive and develop in the industry. There are generally two ways to obtain talents, one is to recruit from the external market, the other is to train the existing talents. There are certain risks in recruitment, enterprises may not be able to successfully recruit excellent talents at any time. Therefore, in the long run, the training of effective talents is the only way for enterprises to bring up high-quality talents, how to establish a set of perfect, Standardized and scientific employee training system makes the maximization of enterprise training utility become the focus of attention of entrepreneurs, experts and scholars focus on research. In this paper, a comprehensive use of literature analysis, case analysis and interviews and other research methods, GN company staff training system as the research object, a systematic analysis of the company's current situation, In this paper, the general situation of human resources and the current situation of staff training system are discussed, and many problems existing in the existing training system of GN Company are diagnosed, and through further investigation and analysis, the causes of the problems are found out. In view of the shortcomings of the existing training system, combined with the company's development strategy and the internal needs of the staff, this paper optimizes the design of the current staff training system of GN Company from four aspects: organization system, process system, curriculum system and support system. Finally, in order to ensure that the new training system can run well, this paper puts forward the main safeguard measures from three aspects: to ensure that the funds are in place, to strengthen the construction of the organization and to strengthen the support of the training environment. It is hoped that the research in this paper can help GN Company establish an effective employee training system, improve the staff training level of GN Company, and provide some guidance and reference to the similar enterprise staff training system.
