【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展進(jìn)程不斷加快,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈。國(guó)內(nèi)民航制造企業(yè)由于行業(yè)特殊性,生產(chǎn)原材料主要向歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)口,不斷惡化的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)使得其國(guó)際采購(gòu)成本居高不下。如何有效做好成本控制,一直是該類企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中關(guān)注的重要課題。通過(guò)在民航制造企業(yè)S公司多年的采購(gòu)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及數(shù)據(jù),分析采購(gòu)成本結(jié)構(gòu),研究采購(gòu)工作中尤其是國(guó)際采購(gòu)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出適合S公司的戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)方向。論文首先對(duì)S公司采購(gòu)管理中的主要成本問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析,確定了原材料價(jià)格成本是采購(gòu)成本管控的主要對(duì)象,并對(duì)影響采購(gòu)成本的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析,確定了直接成本和間接成本的主要影響因素。針對(duì)問(wèn)題,提出了通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商的選擇和建立戰(zhàn)略同盟解決采購(gòu)成本管理問(wèn)題,通過(guò)設(shè)定戰(zhàn)略庫(kù)存解決內(nèi)部采購(gòu)成本。采用ABC分類法指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商的選擇,使用經(jīng)濟(jì)訂貨批量(EOQ)模型確定批次采購(gòu)的數(shù)量和頻率,通過(guò)平衡采購(gòu)價(jià)格成本和庫(kù)存占用成本核算,得出總成本最低的最佳訂貨量,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)采購(gòu)價(jià)格成本和庫(kù)存占用成本之和最小化。通過(guò)對(duì)以上策略的實(shí)施,S公司有效地進(jìn)行了采購(gòu)成本的管控。本文提出的戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)及精益控制成本的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了S公司采購(gòu)成本管控的目標(biāo),為S公司提升在民航制造行業(yè)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力打好基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也可供同類型的其他企業(yè)借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, market competition is becoming more and more intense. Because of the particularity of the industry, the domestic civil aviation manufacturing enterprises mainly import raw materials to the developed countries of Europe and the United States. The deteriorating economic situation makes their international procurement costs remain high. How to control cost effectively has always been an important issue in the production and management of this kind of enterprises. Through many years' experience and data of purchasing management in S Company of civil aviation manufacturing enterprise, this paper analyzes the structure of purchasing cost, studies the problems existing in purchasing work, especially in the process of international procurement, and puts forward the strategic purchasing direction suitable for S Company. Firstly, the paper analyzes the main cost problems in the procurement management of S Company, determines that the raw material price cost is the main object of purchasing cost control, and analyzes the main factors that affect the purchase cost. The main influencing factors of direct cost and indirect cost are determined. In order to solve the problem, the problem of purchasing cost management is solved by selecting strategic suppliers and establishing strategic alliance, and the internal purchasing cost is solved by setting strategic inventory. The selection of suppliers is guided by ABC classification, and the quantity and frequency of batch purchase are determined by using EOQ model. The best order quantity with the lowest total cost is obtained by balancing the cost of purchase price and the cost of stock occupation. Thus, the sum of purchase price cost and inventory cost is minimized. Through the implementation of the above strategy, the company effectively controls the procurement costs. The method of strategic procurement and lean cost control proposed in this paper realizes the goal of S company's purchasing cost control and lays a good foundation for S company to enhance its competitiveness in the civil aviation manufacturing industry. It can also be used for reference by other enterprises of the same type.
