【摘要】：與中西部農(nóng)業(yè)型村莊相比,東部沿海地區(qū)的村莊改造往往建立在鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)化的基礎(chǔ)之上,這就使得這些工業(yè)型村莊的改造具有一定的特殊性。本研究重點(diǎn)分析了村干部企業(yè)家在村莊改造中的行為及邏輯,發(fā)現(xiàn)工業(yè)型村莊的改造首先受到地方政府土地資本化邏輯的形塑,但村干部企業(yè)家也在其中找到了利益契合點(diǎn)。一方面通過村莊改造,村干部企業(yè)家事實(shí)上控制了村莊的土地資源,使得其企業(yè)的規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大;另一方面村莊改造也為村干部企業(yè)家提供了政治表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)上級(jí)政策支持乃至迎合,鞏固了自身的權(quán)力地位。
[Abstract]:Compared with the agricultural villages in the central and western regions, the transformation of villages in the eastern coastal areas is often based on the rural industrialization, which makes the transformation of these industrial villages have some particularity. This study mainly analyzes the behavior and logic of village cadres and entrepreneurs in village reconstruction. It is found that the transformation of industrial villages is first shaped by the logic of land capitalization of local governments, but the village cadres and entrepreneurs also find a point of interest in it. On the one hand, village cadres and entrepreneurs in fact control the land resources of the villages, making the scale of their enterprises rapidly expanding; on the other hand, village transformation also provides village cadres and entrepreneurs with opportunities for political performance. To the superior policy support even pander, consolidated own power position.
