【摘要】：我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍越來越熱烈,但創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率不高,創(chuàng)業(yè)質(zhì)量較低。創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)診斷評價有利于將專家的經(jīng)驗和智慧運用到創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中,推動創(chuàng)業(yè)更順利進行。而目前,對創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)及創(chuàng)業(yè)項目的診斷評價的方法和手段卻非常缺乏,構(gòu)建合理的創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)診斷評價體系對促進創(chuàng)業(yè)很有意義。本文從生命周期理論出發(fā),對創(chuàng)業(yè)階段進行了界定,將其分為創(chuàng)業(yè)“籌劃期”和創(chuàng)業(yè)“生存期”,其中創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期指企業(yè)成立前的策劃創(chuàng)建時期,而“生存期”指企業(yè)注冊資金投入后生存的2年內(nèi)。本文對應(yīng)創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期和生存期的不同特征,分別建立不同的診斷評價指標體系。對于創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期,主要評價創(chuàng)業(yè)項目的價值,對創(chuàng)業(yè)生存期的企業(yè)主要評價其績效。通過尋找影響創(chuàng)業(yè)階段企業(yè)成功的關(guān)鍵因素,結(jié)合風險投資對創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)篩選和評價標準,確定創(chuàng)業(yè)階段診斷評價的指標體系。創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期的項目價值從市場機會價值、商業(yè)模式價值、創(chuàng)業(yè)者價值三方面進行評價。創(chuàng)業(yè)生存期從經(jīng)營績效、成長績效、資金支持三方面評價企業(yè)的績效。然后根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體情況確定各指標的權(quán)重,最后通過專家打分確定各指標的得分,從而得出兩個階段的綜合評價得分。最后,用案例分析法檢驗創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期和生存期的評價體系,也對創(chuàng)業(yè)籌劃期和創(chuàng)業(yè)生存期的企業(yè)分別進行評價。
[Abstract]:China's entrepreneurial atmosphere is becoming more and more enthusiastic, but the success rate of entrepreneurship is not high, and the quality of entrepreneurship is low. The diagnosis and evaluation of entrepreneurial enterprise is helpful to apply the experience and wisdom of experts to the process of starting a business, and to promote the smooth progress of entrepreneurship. However, at present, the methods and means of diagnosis and evaluation of entrepreneurial enterprises and entrepreneurial projects are very scarce, so it is significant to construct a reasonable diagnostic evaluation system for entrepreneurial enterprises. Based on the theory of life cycle, this paper defines the stage of entrepreneurship, and divides it into "planning period" and "survival period", in which entrepreneurial planning period refers to the period of planning and founding before the establishment of an enterprise. And the "survival period" refers to the enterprise after the investment of registered funds to survive within 2 years. According to the different characteristics of entrepreneurial planning period and survival period, different diagnostic evaluation index systems are established in this paper. For the entrepreneurial planning period, the value of the entrepreneurial project is mainly evaluated, and the performance of the enterprise-life period is mainly evaluated. By looking for the key factors that affect the success of the entrepreneurial stage and combining the criteria of screening and evaluation of the venture capital, the index system for the diagnosis and evaluation of the entrepreneurial stage is determined. The project value of entrepreneurial planning period is evaluated from three aspects: market opportunity value, business model value and entrepreneur value. The survival of a business is evaluated from three aspects: business performance, growth performance and financial support. Then the weight of each index is determined according to the specific situation of the enterprise, and the score of each index is determined by the expert score, and the comprehensive evaluation score of the two stages is obtained. Finally, the paper uses the case analysis method to test the evaluation system of the entrepreneurial planning period and the survival period, and also evaluates the enterprises of the entrepreneurial planning period and the entrepreneurial survival period respectively.
