【摘要】：基于陰陽(yáng)觀的視角,本文探索了情緒影響個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力的機(jī)制——認(rèn)知機(jī)制和動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)制。采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),并運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)研究假設(shè)。結(jié)果表明,積極情緒和消極情緒均對(duì)個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力同時(shí)具有正向和負(fù)向兩種影響,但路徑不同:(1)積極情緒一方面會(huì)提高人的認(rèn)知靈活性,進(jìn)而提高問(wèn)題識(shí)別能力,從而促進(jìn)個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力;另一方面,積極情緒會(huì)使人容易滿足,情緒會(huì)更加穩(wěn)定,反而妨礙了個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力。(2)消極情緒一方面會(huì)限制人的認(rèn)知靈活性,進(jìn)而阻礙了問(wèn)題識(shí)別能力,最終妨礙了個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力;另一方面,消極情緒使人對(duì)現(xiàn)狀不滿,進(jìn)而帶來(lái)情緒的波動(dòng),最終促進(jìn)了個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力。因此,作為一對(duì)陰陽(yáng)要素,積極情緒與消極情緒對(duì)創(chuàng)造力有利有弊,個(gè)體應(yīng)采取綜合的策略來(lái)解決這個(gè)矛盾,最大化地利用兩種情緒的優(yōu)勢(shì),以提高個(gè)體創(chuàng)造力。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of yin and yang, this paper explores the mechanism of emotion influencing individual creativity-cognitive mechanism and motivation mechanism. The data were collected by questionnaire, and the hypothesis was tested by structural equation model. The results show that both positive and negative emotions have both positive and negative effects on individual creativity, but the path is different: 1) on the one hand, positive emotions can improve the cognitive flexibility and then improve the ability of problem recognition. On the other hand, positive emotions make people more satisfied, and their emotions become more stable. On the contrary, they hinder individual creativity. 2) negative emotions, on the one hand, limit people's cognitive flexibility and thus hinder their ability to identify problems. On the other hand, negative emotions make people dissatisfied with the status quo, and then bring emotional fluctuations, and ultimately promote individual creativity. Therefore, as a pair of yin and yang elements, positive emotion and negative emotion have advantages and disadvantages to creativity. Individuals should adopt comprehensive strategies to solve this contradiction and maximize the advantages of the two emotions in order to improve individual creativity.
