【摘要】：從高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展階段演進(jìn)的視角切入,對(duì)比考察了不同階段高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)為工業(yè)企業(yè)所提供的創(chuàng)新服務(wù)模式及其特征,并將兩者合作創(chuàng)新的成本收益分析與高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展階段相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出一個(gè)高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的綜合理論分析框架。理論研究表明,合作創(chuàng)新的凈效應(yīng)最終取決于創(chuàng)新收益與問題成本之間的權(quán)衡。在成本與收益的交互作用下,高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新之間存在著S型的三階段動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)關(guān)系:在高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展初期和成熟期,兩者合作創(chuàng)新收益遞增;而在中間的調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型期,兩者合作創(chuàng)新收益遞減。這一理論推論得到了中國現(xiàn)實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證支持,而且中國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)與工業(yè)企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的收益遞減現(xiàn)象已漸次顯現(xiàn)。因此,如何運(yùn)用政府的調(diào)控手段,在充分發(fā)揮高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新支撐效應(yīng)的同時(shí),減少合作創(chuàng)新過程中出現(xiàn)的問題以縮短調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型期,將是中國未來高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的另一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the evolution of the high-tech service industry, this paper compares the innovative service modes and the characteristics of the high-tech service industry for industrial enterprises in different stages. Combining the cost-benefit analysis of cooperative innovation with the development stage of high-tech service industry, a comprehensive theoretical analysis framework of high-tech service industry and industrial enterprise innovation is constructed. Theoretical studies show that the net effect of cooperative innovation ultimately depends on the tradeoff between innovation benefits and problem costs. Under the interaction of cost and profit, there is a three-stage dynamic evolution relationship between high-tech service industry and industrial enterprise innovation: in the initial and mature period of high-tech service industry, the cooperative innovation income increases; In the middle of the adjustment period, the two cooperative innovation returns decline. This theoretical corollary is supported by the real data of China, and the phenomenon of decreasing returns of cooperative innovation between high-tech service industry and industrial enterprises has gradually appeared in China. Therefore, how to make use of the government's regulation and control means, while giving full play to the innovation support effect of high-tech service industry, reduce the problems in the process of cooperative innovation in order to shorten the period of adjustment and transformation. It will be another challenge for the future development of high-tech service industry in China.
