高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力影響因素研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)在推動科技發(fā)展、促進經(jīng)濟增長等方面的作用日益顯著,創(chuàng)業(yè)問題也成為國內(nèi)外研究人員的關(guān)注對象。創(chuàng)業(yè)是一個跨越多個學科領域的復雜現(xiàn)象,不同的學科如經(jīng)濟學、心理學、社會學、人類學、管理學等都從其特有的研究視角,運用本領域的相關(guān)理論對創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)象進行觀察和研究。在過去的幾十年里,越來越多的研究顯示公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能為企業(yè)帶來巨大的利益并促進企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。學術(shù)界對公司創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)象的研究也日益升溫,并逐漸成為創(chuàng)業(yè)研究領域的一個重要分支。同時,隨著知識經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,高新技術(shù)企業(yè)以其自身所具有的創(chuàng)新性、高成長性的特點,成為了現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)中一支重要且活躍的力量,并已經(jīng)成為社會經(jīng)濟中創(chuàng)業(yè)的主體。而如何提高高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,實現(xiàn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也成為我們面臨的新問題。本文以高新技術(shù)企業(yè)為研究對象,通過對公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力影響因素的分析來探尋高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的提升策略。首先,在相關(guān)文獻基礎上借鑒已有學者的研究,界定了公司創(chuàng)業(yè)、公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的概念,闡述了創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)的理論,并詳細剖析了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)的動因、創(chuàng)業(yè)特征及創(chuàng)業(yè)的周期。其次,在創(chuàng)業(yè)能力理論、創(chuàng)業(yè)模型、公司創(chuàng)業(yè)的動因及特征分析的基礎之上選取了影響高新技術(shù)企業(yè)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的因素并就各因素在不同創(chuàng)業(yè)周期的影響作用進行深入地理論分析,認為創(chuàng)業(yè)資源、創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊、組織特征、創(chuàng)業(yè)學習對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)不同創(chuàng)業(yè)周期的公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力產(chǎn)生影響。再次,本文對鞍山地區(qū)的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)進行實地調(diào)研,運用SPSS19.0軟件對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行信度和效度分析并運用AMOS17.0軟件對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行結(jié)構(gòu)方程分析。最后,通過實證結(jié)果表明:在創(chuàng)業(yè)前期,領導者的個人特質(zhì)、組織文化、認知學習對創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響更顯著;在創(chuàng)業(yè)期,資金資源、管理層支持度、團隊凝聚力、認知學習和經(jīng)驗學習對創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響更顯著;在成長期,資金資源、技術(shù)資源和社會網(wǎng)絡資源、團隊成員異質(zhì)性和專業(yè)水平、組織結(jié)構(gòu)對創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響更顯著。在此基礎上提出了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)不同創(chuàng)業(yè)周期的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力提升策略。本研究對我國高新技術(shù)企業(yè)提升公司創(chuàng)業(yè)能力具有指導和促進作用,有利于促進高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。與此同時,也對其他類型的企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)業(yè)能力具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of science and technology and promoting economic growth. Entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon spanning many disciplines, such as economics, psychology, sociology, anthropology, management and so on. Using the relevant theories in this field to observe and study the phenomenon of entrepreneurship. In the past few decades, more and more studies have shown that entrepreneurship can bring great benefits to enterprises and promote their sustainable development. Academic research on the phenomenon of corporate entrepreneurship is also increasing, and gradually become an important branch of entrepreneurship research field. At the same time, with the development of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises have become an important and active force in modern economic system with their own characteristics of innovation and high growth, and have become the main body of social economy. How to improve the entrepreneurial ability of high-tech enterprises and realize the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises has become a new problem we are facing. In this paper, high-tech enterprises as the research object, through the analysis of factors affecting the entrepreneurial ability of high-tech enterprises to explore the promotion of entrepreneurial strategies. First of all, on the basis of relevant literature, this paper defines the concepts of company entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurial ability and high-tech enterprise entrepreneurial ability, and expounds the related theory of entrepreneurship. The motivation, characteristics and cycle of high-tech enterprises are analyzed in detail. Secondly, in the theory of entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial model, On the basis of the analysis of the motivation and characteristics of corporate entrepreneurship, this paper selects the factors that affect the entrepreneurial ability of high-tech enterprises and makes a deep theoretical analysis on the influence of various factors in different entrepreneurial cycles, and thinks that entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial teams, and so on. Organizational characteristics, entrepreneurial learning has an impact on the entrepreneurial ability of high-tech enterprises in different entrepreneurial cycles. Thirdly, this article carries on the field investigation to the high-tech enterprise in Anshan area, uses the SPSS19.0 software to carry on the reliability and the validity analysis to the investigation data, and uses the AMOS17.0 software to carry on the structural equation analysis to the investigation data. Finally, the empirical results show that: in the early stage of entrepreneurship, the personal characteristics of leaders, organizational culture, cognitive learning have a more significant impact on entrepreneurial ability, in the entrepreneurial period, capital resources, management support, team cohesion. Cognitive learning and experiential learning have a more significant impact on entrepreneurial ability; in the growth period, financial resources, technical resources and social network resources, team members heterogeneity and professional level, the impact of organizational structure on entrepreneurial ability is more significant. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the entrepreneurial ability of high-tech enterprises in different entrepreneurial cycles. This research has the guidance and the promotion function to our country high-tech enterprise to enhance the company entrepreneurship ability, is advantageous to promote the high-tech enterprise sustainable development. At the same time, also for other types of enterprises to promote entrepreneurial capacity reference.
