【摘要】：投資作為拉動經(jīng)濟增長的"三駕馬車"之一,其作用不言而喻。而項目投資作為投資的主要形式,是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要前提。但是任何投資項目都必須研究其經(jīng)濟合理性和風險可控性,因此如何對投資項目進行科學的評價并作出正確的決策是投資者及其相關人員需要長期研究的課題。同時,隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),國有企業(yè)的發(fā)展也面臨著更加復雜的環(huán)境,國有企業(yè)如何主動適應日趨激烈的市場競爭,如何利用自身優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)轉型升級和多元化經(jīng)營,已成為新形勢下國有企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的現(xiàn)實問題。本文基于投資者LB公司的角度,從建設項目背景出發(fā),通過市場調(diào)查和投資環(huán)境分析,運用"SWOT"分析法和"五力"模型分別分析項目面臨的內(nèi)外部投資環(huán)境和市場競爭環(huán)境,從而確定項目未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;其次,在項目投融資方案的基礎上,開展收入預測和費用估算工作,并運用靜態(tài)和動態(tài)經(jīng)濟評價方法分別評價項目投資效益,并論證項目的經(jīng)濟可行性;最后,采用定量和定性相結合的方法開展項目投資風險控制研究,通過敏感性分析和概率分析分別定量估算項目的投資風險,然后通過專家調(diào)查法識別項目建設和運營過程中可能會面臨的風險因素并評估其風險程度,并相應的提出防范和化解的措施。通過本文的研究可以得出本項目具有經(jīng)濟可行性和風險可控性的結論。同時,本文對于類似投資項目開展投資效益分析和風險控制研究提供了一定的決策參考作用。
[Abstract]:Investment as one of the "troika" that stimulates economic growth, its function is self-evident. As the main form of investment, project investment is an important prerequisite for economic development. However, any investment project must study its economic rationality and risk controllability. Therefore, how to evaluate the investment project scientifically and make a correct decision is a long-term research topic for investors and their related personnel. At the same time, with the development of domestic economy entering the new normal, the development of state-owned enterprises is also facing a more complex environment. How to adapt the state-owned enterprises to the increasingly fierce market competition, how to use their own advantages to achieve transformation and diversification. It has become a realistic problem for the development of state-owned enterprises under the new situation. Based on the perspective of LB Company, this paper analyzes the internal and external investment environment and market competition environment of the project through market investigation and investment environment analysis, using "SWOT" analysis method and "five forces" model, respectively. In order to determine the future development strategy of the project; secondly, on the basis of the project investment and financing program, the work of income forecasting and cost estimation is carried out, and the static and dynamic economic evaluation methods are used to evaluate the investment benefit of the project. Finally, using quantitative and qualitative methods to carry out the project investment risk control research, through sensitivity analysis and probability analysis respectively quantitative estimation of the project investment risk, Then the risk factors that may be faced in the construction and operation of the project are identified by the method of expert investigation, and the risk degree is evaluated, and the corresponding measures to prevent and resolve the risk are put forward. Through the research of this paper, we can draw the conclusion that the project has economic feasibility and risk controllability. At the same time, this paper provides a certain reference for similar investment projects to carry out investment benefit analysis and risk control research.
