【摘要】：提升企業(yè)和科研單位在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中的努力水平能夠有效提升創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出.綜合考慮科研單位和企業(yè)在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中投入的開發(fā)成本和協(xié)同成本以及技術和產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)出價值分配的兩個階段和各自獲得的收益,構建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中企業(yè)和科研單位努力水平模型,分析函數(shù)的性質及數(shù)值算例,得出如下結論:考慮協(xié)同成本和研發(fā)成本的前提下,在合理的范圍內提升科研單位在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中的地位或科研單位的收益,能夠有效提升努力水平較低的一方的創(chuàng)新努力水平;當企業(yè)的努力水平較高時,提升創(chuàng)新技術和產(chǎn)品的市場化率能夠提升企業(yè)參與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的努力水平.研究結論對提高企業(yè)和科研單位協(xié)同創(chuàng)新努力水平,提升協(xié)同創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出水平具有重大理論和實踐價值.
[Abstract]:Improving the level of enterprises and scientific research institutions in collaborative innovation can effectively improve the innovation output. The two stages of the development cost and synergy cost of scientific research units and enterprises in collaborative innovation, and the benefit of the distribution of the value of technology and product output, and their respective gains, are taken into consideration, and the enterprises and scientific research units in the collaborative innovation are constructed. In order to improve the status of collaborative innovation and the income of scientific research units in a reasonable range, it can effectively improve the level of innovation efforts of the lower level of the party with lower level of effort. When the level is high, the promotion of innovation technology and the market rate of products can improve the level of enterprise participation in collaborative innovation. The conclusion has great theoretical and practical value to improve the level of collaborative innovation efforts and enhance the level of collaborative innovation output.
