【摘要】：江西小微企業(yè)是參與江西經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的重要組成部分,是支撐江西經(jīng)濟增長的重要力量。江西小微企業(yè)的市場競爭力,是關(guān)系到江西經(jīng)濟能否健康發(fā)展的重要因素。提高江西小微企業(yè)的市場競爭力,是江西實現(xiàn)“發(fā)展升級、小康提速、綠色崛起、實干興贛”的戰(zhàn)略方針的關(guān)鍵。在市場競爭的環(huán)境下,小微企業(yè)的競爭力體現(xiàn)在小微企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理水平上。小微企業(yè)只有不斷提高管理水平和經(jīng)營效率,充分發(fā)掘市場潛力,才能在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下存活下來。在當(dāng)今信息技術(shù)大發(fā)展的時代背景下,小微企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)充分利用信息技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,發(fā)揮小微企業(yè)靈活的特點,提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理效率。信息資源共享技術(shù)作為當(dāng)下流行的信息技術(shù),是以通用計算機服務(wù)器集群的資源,構(gòu)造數(shù)據(jù)處理及應(yīng)用服務(wù)的信息資源共享平臺為基礎(chǔ),為用戶提供按需訂制的可靠的信息服務(wù)技術(shù)。對于小微型企業(yè)來說,在采購、生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、財務(wù)和行政等多環(huán)節(jié),信息技術(shù)滲透到了企業(yè)的每一個環(huán)節(jié)中,發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。本文首先對江西小微企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,通過數(shù)據(jù)采集,并運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的方法和規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的分析方法。總結(jié)江西小微企業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理活動中存在的問題,并且分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因。通過對江西小微企業(yè)和沿海發(fā)達省份的小微企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進行比較和分析,總結(jié)了江西小微企業(yè)在運用信息資源共享技術(shù)中所存在問題的一般規(guī)律。在提出解決方案的過程中,引入了經(jīng)濟發(fā)達省份企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理中解決這些問題的案例,通過案例的比較和分析,提出運用信息資源共享技術(shù)結(jié)合企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理流程再造的解決方案。為江西小微企業(yè)解決經(jīng)營管理過程中的實際問題,提供了一套切實可行的信息資源共享技術(shù)的應(yīng)用模式。本文通過以上的分析,得出了在信息資源共享技術(shù)環(huán)境下,通過企業(yè)管理流程再造提高市場競爭力是未來江西小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的最佳選擇,也是江西小微企業(yè)實施現(xiàn)代化管理,提高管理經(jīng)營水平的有效途徑的結(jié)論。在分析過程中所引入的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的方法,在目前的信息共享技術(shù)分析理論中,具有創(chuàng)新性,并且這種方法能夠為其它技術(shù)應(yīng)用的理論分析,提供有價值的參考。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi small and micro enterprises are an important part of Jiangxi's economic construction and an important force to support Jiangxi's economic growth. The market competitiveness of Jiangxi small and micro enterprises is an important factor related to the healthy development of Jiangxi economy. To improve the market competitiveness of small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi is the key to realize the strategic policy of "developing and upgrading, increasing the speed of well-off society, rising green, and developing Jiangxi in practice". In the environment of market competition, the competitiveness of small and micro enterprises is reflected in the management level of small and micro enterprises. In order to survive the fierce market competition, small and micro enterprises can only improve their management level and management efficiency and fully exploit the market potential. Under the background of the great development of information technology nowadays, small and micro enterprises should make full use of the advantages of information technology, give full play to the flexible characteristics of small and micro enterprises, and improve their management efficiency. As a popular information technology, information resource sharing technology is based on the resources of the general computer server cluster and the information resource sharing platform for data processing and application services. Provide users with reliable information service technology customized on demand. For small and micro enterprises, in procurement, production, management, finance and administration, information technology has penetrated into every link of the enterprise, playing an increasingly important role. In this paper, the present situation of small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi Province is described, and the methods of data mining and analysis of scale economy are used through data collection. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the operation and management of small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi Province, and analyzes the causes of these problems. By comparing and analyzing the present situation of the small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi province and the developed coastal provinces, this paper summarizes the general law of the problems existing in the application of information resource sharing technology in the small and micro enterprises of Jiangxi province. In the process of putting forward the solution, it introduces the case of solving these problems in the management of enterprises in the economically developed provinces, and through the comparison and analysis of the cases, This paper puts forward the solution of using information resource sharing technology combined with business management process reengineering. This paper provides a set of practical application mode of information resource sharing technology for small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi province to solve the practical problems in the process of operation and management. Through the above analysis, it is concluded that in the environment of information resource sharing technology, it is the best choice for the development of Jiangxi small and micro enterprises to improve the market competitiveness through enterprise management process reengineering, and it is also the implementation of modern management for Jiangxi small and micro enterprises. The conclusion of the effective way to improve the management level. The method of data mining introduced in the process of analysis is innovative in the current theory of information sharing technology analysis, and this method can provide valuable reference for the theoretical analysis of other technology applications.
