【摘要】：作為一種重要的非正式制度安排,連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡關(guān)系長期穩(wěn)定嵌入于企業(yè)之中,成為企業(yè)獲取外部資源和信息的重要來源。位于連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡中不同位置的企業(yè)獲取和控制資源的能力所有差異,進而影響其創(chuàng)新行為。利用社會網(wǎng)絡分析方法,以2008~2014年我國高科技上市公司為研究樣本,從結(jié)構(gòu)性嵌入的角度實證研究了我國高科技上市公司連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡位置對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入的影響,以及環(huán)境不確定性對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),網(wǎng)絡中心度以及結(jié)構(gòu)洞的豐富程度均與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入顯著正相關(guān),表明位于連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡中心位置的企業(yè)能夠利用其位置優(yōu)勢管理外部資源依賴,促進企業(yè)開展研發(fā)活動。研究尚發(fā)現(xiàn),這種促進作用受到企業(yè)面臨的環(huán)境不確定性的負向調(diào)節(jié),即環(huán)境不確定性削弱了連鎖董事網(wǎng)絡中心位置對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入的積極作用。
[Abstract]:As an important informal institutional arrangement, the interlocking director network relationship has been embedded in the enterprise for a long time and has become an important source for enterprises to obtain external resources and information. All the differences in the ability of enterprises located in different locations of chain director network to obtain and control resources affect their innovation behavior. By using the social network analysis method, taking the high-tech listed companies in China from 2008 to 2014 as the research samples, this paper empirically studies the influence of the network location of the chain directors of the high-tech listed companies on the innovation investment from the perspective of structural embedding. And environmental uncertainty on the relationship between the two regulatory role. It is found that the degree of network centrality and the richness of structure holes are significantly positively correlated with innovation investment of enterprises, which indicates that enterprises located in the central position of chain directors network can use their location advantages to manage external resource dependence. To promote R & D activities of enterprises. It is found that this promotion is negatively regulated by the environmental uncertainty faced by enterprises, that is, environmental uncertainty weakens the positive effect of the central location of the chain director network on the innovation investment of enterprises.
