【摘要】:信息通信(Information and Communication Technology 簡稱 ICT)產(chǎn)業(yè)是推動國家經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有很強(qiáng)的帶動性和擴(kuò)散性。中國提出向創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變,信息通信產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展引導(dǎo)作用更加重要。信息通信產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過20年的快速發(fā)展步入產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期的成熟期,產(chǎn)業(yè)增速低于GDP增速趨于常態(tài)化,以創(chuàng)新求發(fā)展成為必然選擇。此外,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)加速向各行業(yè)、各領(lǐng)域滲透融合,要求企業(yè)擴(kuò)展搜索邊界,從外部吸收創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意與內(nèi)部知識資源有機(jī)結(jié)合,形成內(nèi)外協(xié)同效應(yīng)提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),協(xié)同創(chuàng)新成為學(xué)術(shù)界的研究熱點(diǎn),但研究成果較為分散,尚沒有形成系統(tǒng)性理論,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部協(xié)同視角研究協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的文獻(xiàn)尚不多見,如何實現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源協(xié)同提升創(chuàng)新能力成為學(xué)術(shù)界亟待解決的問題。在此背景下,本文以信息通信企業(yè)為例證,研究企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)及能力提升,對信息通信企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展具有實踐指導(dǎo)作用并豐富了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論的內(nèi)容。本文基于全面創(chuàng)新管理理論、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、企業(yè)能力理論并融合協(xié)同學(xué)思想通過多案例研究、高階分子結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型、云模型綜合評價等方法對信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行探索性研究,旨在以信息通信企業(yè)的視角,探討創(chuàng)新活動開展過程中企業(yè)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素與外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)對創(chuàng)新績效的影響機(jī)制及內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力評價問題。主要從以下幾個方面展開研究:(1)本文對三家信息通信企業(yè)進(jìn)行探索性案例研究,通過多案例分析與文獻(xiàn)研究方法,探索性論證信息通信企業(yè)外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)和內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)成,并構(gòu)建了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。(2)基于本文構(gòu)建的信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系研究框架,采用問卷調(diào)查方法對信息通信企業(yè)進(jìn)行樣本數(shù)據(jù)收集,并通過探索性因子分析、驗證性因子分析與高階分子結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,分析企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對創(chuàng)新績效的影響機(jī)制。(3)基于企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同的視角,在現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上用德爾菲方法和隸屬度計算篩選指標(biāo),從外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素協(xié)同和內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同三個維度構(gòu)建了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力評價指標(biāo)體系。(4)利用正態(tài)云理論對層次分析法改進(jìn)形成基于云模型的綜合評價方法,結(jié)合第六章提出的指標(biāo)體系,以兩個信息通信企業(yè)為例,對企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力評價做了實證研究。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:(1)構(gòu)建了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。論文在現(xiàn)有理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過探索性多案例研究,分析歸納了信息通信企業(yè)外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)和內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素的基本構(gòu)成,并將兩者納入一個研究框架,構(gòu)建了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。首先以信息通信企業(yè)為例證,從新的視角豐富了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論的應(yīng)用范疇,其次把企業(yè)內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)融合為一個有機(jī)整體,結(jié)束了外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)和內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素分離研究的狀態(tài),拓展了協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論邊界。(2)揭示了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)對創(chuàng)新績效的影響機(jī)制。現(xiàn)有研究多從企業(yè)外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)與內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素分別討論它們對創(chuàng)新績效的影響關(guān)系,本文綜合了他們的研究成果提出企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對創(chuàng)新績效的影響關(guān)系研究假設(shè),并利用高階分子結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行驗證,剖析了企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)作機(jī)理,突破了現(xiàn)有研究從單一方面探討企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的局限。(3)構(gòu)建了信息通信企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力評測指標(biāo)體系。現(xiàn)實的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動需要內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素與外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào),而現(xiàn)有研究多從企業(yè)外部或者內(nèi)部單方面評價企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力。本文基于企業(yè)內(nèi)外協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,綜合考慮了內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新要素協(xié)同、外部創(chuàng)新主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同三方面完善了企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力評測指標(biāo)體系,使評估更加全面、貼合實際。其次,采用改進(jìn)的云模型綜合評價方法進(jìn)行實證研究,驗證了評測指標(biāo)體系的可行性并為信息通信企業(yè)協(xié)同能力評價提供更加科學(xué)的測評方法。
[Abstract]:Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry is the basic industry to promote national economic transformation and industrial upgrading. It has strong driving and diffusivity for economic growth. After 20 years of rapid development, the industry has stepped into the mature period of the industrial life cycle. The growth of industry is less than GDP growth, and it becomes the inevitable choice. In addition, the Internet accelerates into various industries, various fields, and requires enterprises to expand the search boundary, and absorb innovative ideas and internal knowledge resources from the outside. In twenty-first Century, collaborative innovation has become the focus of research in the academic world. However, the research results are more scattered, and there is no systematic theory. There is not much literature on collaborative innovation ability from internal and external collaborative perspectives of enterprises. How to realize the synergy of internal and external resources of enterprises to promote innovation can be achieved. In this context, this paper is based on the comprehensive innovation management theory and the social network theory, which is based on the comprehensive innovation management theory and the social network theory. On the basis of multi case study, high order molecular structural equation model and cloud model comprehensive evaluation, the theory of enterprise capability and synergetic thought is carried out to explore the collaborative innovation network inside and outside the information and communication enterprise. The aim is to explore the internal innovation elements and external factors in the process of innovation activities in the perspective of information and communication enterprises. The influence mechanism of innovation main network on innovation performance and the evaluation of internal and external synergy innovation ability are studied. (1) this paper carries out exploratory case study on three information and communication enterprises, and explores the network and interior of the external innovation main body of the information and communication enterprise through the multi case analysis and literature research method. The composition of the collaborative innovation network of the Ministry of innovation and the construction of the internal and external collaborative innovation network system of the information and communication enterprise. (2) the research framework of the internal and external collaborative innovation network system based on this paper is constructed, and the sample data is collected by the questionnaire survey method, and the confirmatory factor is analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis. Analysis and high order molecular structural equation model, analyze the influence mechanism of collaborative innovation on innovation performance in and outside the enterprise. (3) based on the perspective of enterprise internal and external cooperation, based on the existing research results, we use Delphy method and membership degree to calculate the index, from the external network structure, internal innovation elements synergy and internal and external network synergy. The evaluation index system of collaborative innovation capability in and outside the information and communication enterprise is constructed. (4) using the normal cloud theory to improve the comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to form a cloud model, combined with the index system proposed in the sixth chapters and taking two information communication enterprises as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of the enterprise's internal and external collaborative innovation capability. The innovation points are as follows: (1) constructing the internal and external collaborative innovation network system of the information and communication enterprises. On the basis of the existing theoretical achievements, the paper analyzes and summarizes the basic composition of the external innovation main body network and the internal innovation elements of the information and communication enterprises, and puts the two into a research framework and constructs the information communication. The system of collaborative innovation network within and outside the enterprise. First of all, taking information and communication enterprises as an example, it enriches the application category of collaborative innovation theory from a new perspective. Secondly, it integrates the internal and external innovation network of enterprises into an organic whole, and ends the state of the research on the separation of the external innovation main body network and internal innovation, and expands the collaborative innovation network. The theoretical boundary. (2) it reveals the impact mechanism of collaborative innovation network on innovation performance in and out of the information and communication enterprises. The existing research mainly discusses their influence on the innovation performance from the external innovation main network and the internal innovation factors. The effect relationship research hypothesis, and using the high order molecular structural equation model to verify, analyze the operation mechanism of cooperative innovation network inside and outside the enterprise, break through the limitation of the existing research from a single aspect to explore the enterprise cooperative innovation network. (3) constructing the evaluation index system of the collaborative innovation capability of the information and communication enterprises. The innovation activities of the industry need to harmonize the internal innovation elements with the network of the external innovation subject, and the existing research mainly appraise the cooperative innovation ability of the enterprise from the external or internal aspects of the enterprise. Based on the internal and external collaborative innovation network system, this paper comprehensively considers the internal innovation factors, the external innovation main body network and the internal and external network association. In the same three aspects, the evaluation index system of enterprise synergistic innovation ability is perfected to make the evaluation more comprehensive and practical. Secondly, the improved method of comprehensive evaluation of cloud model is used for empirical research to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system and provide a more scientific evaluation method for the evaluation of the cooperative ability of the information and communication enterprises.
