【摘要】：以專利保護(hù)強(qiáng)度和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平為門檻變量,對(duì)2007—2014年間1989家中國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)上市公司的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行門檻回歸。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):專利保護(hù)強(qiáng)度與企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新積極性之間存在倒"U"型關(guān)系,專利保護(hù)強(qiáng)度過低或過高都不利于激發(fā)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新積極性;地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)專利保護(hù)的創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)存在"門檻效應(yīng)";目前中國(guó)將近一半的省區(qū)都未達(dá)到專利保護(hù)強(qiáng)度的最優(yōu)區(qū)間,中西部地區(qū)絕大多數(shù)省區(qū)的GDP甚至尚未跨過門檻值。
[Abstract]:Taking the intensity of patent protection and the level of regional economic development as threshold variables, the threshold regression of the relevant data of 1989 listed companies in China's industrial enterprises from 2007 to 2014 is carried out. The results show that there is a "U" type relationship between patent protection intensity and technological innovation enthusiasm of enterprises. Too low or too high patent protection intensity is not conducive to stimulating innovation enthusiasm of enterprises; At present, nearly half of the provinces and regions in China have not reached the optimal range of patent protection intensity, and the GDP of most provinces and regions in the central and western regions has not even crossed the threshold.
