少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的自我評價及開發(fā)策略——基于新疆高校的問卷調(diào)查

【摘要】:少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生是民族地區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)的主體之一,提升少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力是適應(yīng)就業(yè)新形勢的需要,也是民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的需要。本文通過新疆7所高校少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的實地調(diào)查,首先分析了少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀,其次分析了文化因素、社會因素和個體因素對少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的影響,最后從人力資源開發(fā)視角提出少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力開發(fā)的策略。研究結(jié)果表明,少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生機會識別能力、資源整合能力和創(chuàng)新能力的自我評價較低;多元文化習(xí)得、民族文化保護等文化因素,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與民族網(wǎng)絡(luò)等社會因素,以及創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機、創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向與創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)等個人因素均對少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力存在顯著正向影響;少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力提升應(yīng)該取決于人力資源的協(xié)同開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Ethnic minority college students are one of the main bodies of entrepreneurship in minority areas. To promote the entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority students is not only the need to adapt to the new situation of employment, but also the need of economic and social development in minority areas. Based on the field investigation of ethnic minority college students in seven universities in Xinjiang, this paper first analyzes the present situation of ethnic minority college students' entrepreneurial ability, and then analyzes the cultural factors. The influence of social factors and individual factors on the entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority college students. Finally, from the perspective of human resource development, the paper puts forward the strategies of developing the entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority college students. The results show that minority college students have low self-evaluation of their ability to identify opportunities, integrate resources and innovate; cultural factors such as multicultural acquisition, protection of national culture, entrepreneurship education and national network, etc. Personal factors, such as entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial learning, all have significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial ability of ethnic minority college students, and the promotion of entrepreneurial ability of minority college students should depend on the cooperative development of human resources.
