【摘要】：我國的監(jiān)理企業(yè)在國家的工程建設中起著非常重要的作用,為建設工程的質量、安全、投資等多方面做出了巨大貢獻。但目前看來,國內(nèi)的大多數(shù)監(jiān)理企業(yè)缺乏一套切實可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此制定出一套科學合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對于提升監(jiān)理企業(yè)的核心競爭力具有很重要的意義。本文采用調(diào)查分析、文獻研究等研究方法,以DQ監(jiān)理公司為研究對象。在有效分析公司在發(fā)展中所遇到的問題基礎上,針對公司實際情況選定一套完善的、科學的、切實可行的適合DQ監(jiān)理公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文由五章節(jié)組成,首先介紹了監(jiān)理相關理論與戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論基礎。在論述理論后,詳細介紹了DQ監(jiān)理公司的具體情況,并運用SWOT分析法對DQ監(jiān)理公司優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、威脅四個方面進行分析。在扭轉性戰(zhàn)略(WO)、增長性戰(zhàn)略(SO)、防御性戰(zhàn)略(WT)以及多元化戰(zhàn)略(ST)四個戰(zhàn)略中,優(yōu)先采用增長性戰(zhàn)略,輔助采用扭轉性戰(zhàn)略。在選定戰(zhàn)略后,將DQ監(jiān)理公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分為短期、中期、長期三個階段進行。最后從人力資源建設、組織結構、企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理三個方面提出了戰(zhàn)略實施保障措施。本論文通過對DQ監(jiān)理公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的案例研究,目的是為公司優(yōu)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供一定的理論和實踐支撐,推動公司發(fā)展和進步,提升廣闊的發(fā)展空間,打造強有力的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:The supervision enterprises of our country play a very important role in the national engineering construction, and have made great contributions to the quality, safety and investment of the construction projects. But at present, most domestic supervision enterprises lack a set of feasible development strategy. Therefore, it is of great significance to formulate a set of scientific and reasonable development strategy for enhancing the core competitiveness of supervision enterprises. This paper adopts investigation and analysis, literature research and other research methods, taking DQ supervision company as the research object. Based on the effective analysis of the problems encountered in the development of the company, a set of perfect, scientific and feasible development strategies suitable for DQ supervision company are selected according to the actual situation of the company. This paper consists of five chapters. Firstly, it introduces the related theories of supervision and strategic management. After discussing the theory, this paper introduces the concrete situation of DQ supervision company in detail, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of DQ supervision company by using SWOT analysis method. Among the four strategies of twisting strategy, growth strategy, defensive strategy and diversification strategy, the growth strategy is preferred, and the twisting strategy is auxiliary. After selecting the strategy, the development strategy of DQ supervision company is divided into three stages: short, medium and long term. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategic implementation safeguard measures from three aspects: human resource construction, organization structure and enterprise internal management. Through the case study of DQ supervision company's development strategy, the purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical and practical support for the optimization of the company's development strategy, to promote the company's development and progress, and to enhance the broad development space. To build a strong core competitiveness.
