石嘴山市M集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)程,我國(guó)企業(yè)面臨著更加激烈的內(nèi)外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)使企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主要聚焦在軟實(shí)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上。員工培訓(xùn)作為企業(yè)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的重要手段,能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)、生產(chǎn)效益的提升培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的人才隊(duì)伍,已成為眾多企業(yè)越來(lái)越關(guān)注和重視的課題。石嘴山市M集團(tuán)作為本市國(guó)有企業(yè)的龍頭,為進(jìn)一步提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,近幾年不斷加大對(duì)培訓(xùn)工作的投入力度,在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上逐步建立起符合自身實(shí)際的培訓(xùn)體系,將員工培訓(xùn)工作制度化、規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化。但受主客觀因素的影響,M集團(tuán)目前的培訓(xùn)體系還存在部分管理層和普通員工的培訓(xùn)觀念不正確、培訓(xùn)相關(guān)制度不健全不配套、培訓(xùn)運(yùn)行管理的科學(xué)性有待加強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、人員訪談、案例分析及深入企業(yè)調(diào)研的方式對(duì)M集團(tuán)現(xiàn)行員工培訓(xùn)體系的構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了研究,重點(diǎn)對(duì)該培訓(xùn)體系的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析和探討。運(yùn)用人力資源管理關(guān)于培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合集團(tuán)實(shí)際,從資源儲(chǔ)備、運(yùn)行流程、制度和保障條件三個(gè)方面對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)體系的構(gòu)成內(nèi)容進(jìn)行劃分,并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化、完善的思路,為M集團(tuán)今后的員工培訓(xùn)工作提出有建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the process of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing more fierce internal and external competition, and the arrival of knowledge economy era makes the competition of enterprises mainly focus on the competition of soft power. As an important means of human resource development and management, employee training has become a more and more important issue for many enterprises to realize the strategic goal and improve the production efficiency. Shizuishan M Group is the leader of state-owned enterprises in this city. In order to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, in recent years, it has continuously increased its investment in training work, and has gradually established a training system in line with its own reality on the basis of practice. Institutionalize, standardize and systematize staff training. However, under the influence of subjective and objective factors, the current training system of M Group still has some problems, such as incorrect training concept of management and ordinary staff, imperfect training related system, and the scientific management of training operation need to be strengthened. In this paper, the composition of the current staff training system of M Group is studied by questionnaire, personnel interview, case analysis and in-depth enterprise investigation. The present situation and main problems of the training system are analyzed and discussed in detail. Using the relevant theories of human resource management on training, combining with the actual situation of the group, the paper divides the composition of the staff training system from three aspects: resource reserve, operation process, system and guarantee condition. On this basis, the author puts forward further optimization and perfect ideas, and puts forward constructive suggestions for M Group's staff training work in the future.
