云計(jì)算環(huán)境下工作流任務(wù)調(diào)度策略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著云計(jì)算的不斷發(fā)展,為適應(yīng)發(fā)展的需求,一系列云計(jì)算發(fā)展中的技術(shù)問題迫切需要解決,其中比較典型的一個(gè)問題是,如何在服務(wù)質(zhì)量不降低的前提下,減少成本實(shí)現(xiàn)收益的最大化。在解決這個(gè)問題的過程中提出了云計(jì)算環(huán)境下工作流的概念。云計(jì)算環(huán)境下的工作流一方面提供了對(duì)任務(wù)的抽象定義、靈活配置和自動(dòng)操作從而提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,另一方面在工作流調(diào)度過程中對(duì)任務(wù)進(jìn)行管理,對(duì)資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,進(jìn)而壓縮了成本。因此云計(jì)算環(huán)境下的工作流作為云計(jì)算問題中的重要解決方案,得到越來越多的關(guān)注和研究。在對(duì)工作流的研究中,,任務(wù)調(diào)度的優(yōu)劣直接決定著工作流執(zhí)行的成功率和效率的高低。因此,本文對(duì)云環(huán)境下工作流任務(wù)調(diào)度進(jìn)行了深入的研究。 本文結(jié)合云計(jì)算的特點(diǎn),經(jīng)過對(duì)現(xiàn)有云環(huán)境下工作流任務(wù)調(diào)度策略的研究和分析,針對(duì)當(dāng)前工作流調(diào)度過程中出現(xiàn)的資源閑置和工作流可靠性低的現(xiàn)象,提出了云計(jì)算環(huán)境下工作流兩階段任務(wù)調(diào)度策略和基于可靠性的云工作流任務(wù)調(diào)度策略。云計(jì)算環(huán)境下工作流兩階段任務(wù)調(diào)度策略充分結(jié)合工作流中任務(wù)間的關(guān)系,采用在資源空閑時(shí)間段插入任務(wù)的思想,將任務(wù)分配到合適的資源上執(zhí)行以達(dá)到減少總完成時(shí)間且提高資源利用率的目的。基于可靠性的云計(jì)算工作流調(diào)度策略在工作流執(zhí)行過程中時(shí)刻考慮工作流的可靠性,同時(shí)通過復(fù)制策略增加了任務(wù)的傳輸可靠性,減少了任務(wù)間的傳輸時(shí)間開銷,降低完成時(shí)間和提高工作流可靠性。 通過模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,與已有算法相比,云計(jì)算環(huán)境下工作流兩階段任務(wù)調(diào)度策略的工作流完成時(shí)間和資源利用率都有所提高;基于可靠性的工作流調(diào)度策略在工作流完成時(shí)間和工作流可靠性方面都有改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development of cloud computing, in order to adapt to the needs of development, a series of technical problems in the development of cloud computing need to be solved urgently. Reduce costs and maximize benefits. In the process of solving this problem, the concept of workflow in cloud computing environment is put forward. On the one hand, workflow in cloud computing environment provides abstract definition of tasks, flexible configuration and automatic operation to improve the quality of service, on the other hand, it manages tasks and optimizes resources in the process of workflow scheduling. This reduces the cost. Therefore, workflow in cloud computing environment as an important solution to cloud computing problems, more and more attention and research. In the research of workflow, task scheduling directly determines the success rate and efficiency of workflow execution. Therefore, this paper makes a deep research on workflow task scheduling in cloud environment. Based on the characteristics of cloud computing and the research and analysis of workflow task scheduling strategy in the existing cloud environment, this paper aims at the phenomenon of idle resources and low reliability of workflow in the current workflow scheduling process. A two-stage task scheduling strategy for workflow in cloud computing environment and a task scheduling strategy for cloud workflow based on reliability are proposed. In the cloud computing environment, the two-stage task scheduling strategy of workflow fully combines the relationship between tasks in the workflow, and adopts the idea of inserting tasks in the idle time period of resources. Assign tasks to the appropriate resources to achieve the goal of reducing total completion time and increasing resource utilization. The cloud computing workflow scheduling strategy based on reliability considers the reliability of workflow at all times in the process of workflow execution, and increases the transmission reliability of tasks through replication strategy, and reduces the transmission time overhead between tasks. Reduce completion time and improve workflow reliability. The simulation results show that, compared with the existing algorithms, the workflow completion time and resource utilization of workflow two-stage task scheduling strategy in cloud computing environment are improved. The workflow scheduling strategy based on reliability has been improved in terms of workflow completion time and workflow reliability.
