【摘要】：受新進(jìn)入缺陷的制約,中小高科技企業(yè)面臨成長的困境.本文利用多案例探索性研究,挖掘了創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的介入是如何影響中小高科技企業(yè)有效嵌入所在的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,以及如何驅(qū)動(dòng)其網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位的提升.主要研究結(jié)論如下.1當(dāng)中小高科技企業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)合作時(shí),創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的一些特征,如行業(yè)專業(yè)化程度、聲譽(yù),會(huì)影響利益相關(guān)方對(duì)中小高科技企業(yè)的價(jià)值判斷,產(chǎn)生聲譽(yù)信號(hào).2與聲譽(yù)較高的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)合作,所產(chǎn)生的聲譽(yù)信號(hào)源于第三方機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)證,會(huì)迅速失效,難以幫助企業(yè)克服新進(jìn)入缺陷;專業(yè)化程度較高的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)通過培育企業(yè)的技術(shù)和核心競爭力,可以使企業(yè)質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)、運(yùn)營業(yè)績相關(guān)的聲譽(yù)信號(hào)持續(xù)加強(qiáng),有利于企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展.3聲譽(yù)信號(hào)的傳遞會(huì)吸引更多社會(huì)資本跟投,正向影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入程度.
[Abstract]:Restricted by the new entry defects, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are faced with the dilemma of growth. This paper explores how the involvement of venture capital institutions affects the innovative network environment in which small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are effectively embedded and how to promote their network status by using a multi-case exploratory study. The main conclusions are as follows. When small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises cooperate with venture capital institutions, some characteristics of venture capital institutions, such as the degree of industry specialization, reputation, will affect the value judgment of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. (2) producing reputation signal .2 in cooperation with venture capital institution with high reputation, the resulting reputation signal originates from the certification of third party organization, and it will fail quickly, and it is difficult to help the enterprise overcome the new entry defect; Through cultivating the technology and core competitiveness of the enterprise, the highly specialized venture capital institutions can continuously strengthen the reputation signals related to the enterprise's quality performance and operational performance. In favor of enterprise survival and development, the transmission of reputation signal will attract more social capital and investment, which will positively affect the embedding degree of network structure.
