【摘要】：基于供給側(cè)管理的視角分析了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提高的路徑,并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),供給側(cè)管理的目標(biāo)決定了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新具有產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新兩種含義,同時制度環(huán)境的成本收益機(jī)制、資金約束的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略機(jī)制和人力資本的創(chuàng)新能力機(jī)制都會對企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生重要影響,但是由于三種機(jī)制目前都存在很多問題,因此,需要通過"改變企業(yè)創(chuàng)新意愿—改善企業(yè)創(chuàng)新條件—提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力"這一路徑來實(shí)現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)由低效率投資依賴型向高質(zhì)量需求拉動型轉(zhuǎn)變的供給側(cè)管理目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of supply-side management, this paper analyzes the path to improve the innovation ability of enterprises, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions. It is found that the goal of supply-side management determines that enterprise innovation has two meanings: product innovation and business model innovation, as well as the cost-benefit mechanism of institutional environment. Both the innovation strategy mechanism of capital constraint and the innovation ability mechanism of human capital will have an important influence on the innovation of enterprises. However, there are many problems in these three mechanisms, so, It is necessary to realize the supply-side management goal of China's economy from inefficient investment dependence to high-quality demand-driven management through the path of "changing the willingness of enterprises to innovate, improving the conditions of enterprise innovation and enhancing the ability of enterprises to innovate".
