【摘要】:企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任發(fā)展的百年歷史中,社會(huì)責(zé)任悲觀論總是不絕于耳。尤其是2006年以來,"社會(huì)責(zé)任是否已經(jīng)死了"的爭(zhēng)論在媒體、國(guó)際組織和學(xué)界呼聲漸高,將社會(huì)責(zé)任的未來發(fā)展蒙上了一層陰影。通過梳理社會(huì)責(zé)任發(fā)展的百年歷史,對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任悲觀論的緣起和規(guī)律進(jìn)行探索,并對(duì)當(dāng)前較為流行的社會(huì)責(zé)任悲觀論進(jìn)行了不同維度的歸納和邏輯剖析。針對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任悲觀論存在的理論和邏輯謬誤,構(gòu)建了走出企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任悲觀論的邏輯框架,并提出了企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任遠(yuǎn)離悲觀論的兩個(gè)建議,即加速推進(jìn)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任領(lǐng)域形成共識(shí),以及構(gòu)建健康可持續(xù)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任生態(tài)圈。
[Abstract]:In the hundred years history of corporate social responsibility development, the pessimism of social responsibility is always heard. Especially since 2006, the debate on whether social responsibility has died has become increasingly popular in the media, international organizations and academic circles, which has cast a shadow over the future development of social responsibility. By combing the century-old history of the development of social responsibility, this paper explores the origin and law of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, and sums up and logically analyzes the popular pessimism of social responsibility in different dimensions. In view of the theoretical and logical fallacies of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, this paper constructs a logical framework to go out of the pessimism of corporate social responsibility, and puts forward two suggestions to avoid the pessimism of corporate social responsibility. That is, to accelerate the formation of consensus in the field of corporate social responsibility and to build a healthy and sustainable corporate social responsibility ecosystem.
