【摘要】：運(yùn)用企業(yè)創(chuàng)新與國際化理論,從新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角探討國際化企業(yè)的開放式創(chuàng)新與技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定之間的關(guān)系,并闡述了制度合法的影響機(jī)理。針對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的泊松回歸與生存分析的結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)國際化與內(nèi)向型開放式創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)了技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,但受到制度合法性的影響。內(nèi)外部制度合法性的作用機(jī)制不同,外部制度合法性更能促進(jìn)最終形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)量,內(nèi)部制度合法性更能促進(jìn)首個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的形成幾率。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of enterprise innovation and internationalization, this paper discusses the relationship between open innovation and technical standard-setting of international enterprises from the perspective of new institutional economics, and expounds the influence mechanism of legal institution. Based on Poisson's regression and survival analysis of high-tech enterprises, it is found that internationalization and introverted open innovation promote the establishment of technical standards, but are influenced by the legitimacy of institutions. The internal and external institutional legitimacy can promote the number of standards, and the internal system legitimacy can promote the formation of the first standard.
