【摘要】：頻繁的自然災害給人類敲響了警鐘,環(huán)境問題日益受到世界各國的重視,“綠色制造”、“綠色產品”等可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念被提出和推崇,開發(fā)和制造綠色產品已成為企業(yè)產品創(chuàng)新的主流觀念。實施綠色產品創(chuàng)新受到一系列因素的影響,分析企業(yè)綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素的關聯(lián)性和重要性能夠指導企業(yè)綠色產品創(chuàng)新行為。因此,對綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素的研究具有重要的理論和實踐意義。因為所處環(huán)境不同,影響不同行業(yè)、不同企業(yè)實施綠色產品創(chuàng)新的關鍵因素也不盡相同,因此本研究旨在構建基于ISM-ANP的綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素分析過程,對影響因素的關聯(lián)性和重要性進行合理有效的分析,以期通過該分析過程的運用幫助企業(yè)識別影響自身綠色產品創(chuàng)新的各影響因素之間的關系和關鍵影響因素,使企業(yè)在制定綠色產品創(chuàng)新計劃時更有針對性,提高綠色產品創(chuàng)新的成功率和效率。首先文章對綠色產品創(chuàng)新的理論基礎、概念、特點、研究現(xiàn)狀進行了簡要綜述;其次,文章采用系統(tǒng)搜索法在國內外現(xiàn)有綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素研究的基礎上構建了包含環(huán)境因素、組織因素、技術因素和管理者因素四個層面的綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素指標;再次,構建了基于ISM-ANP的綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素分析過程,分別進行關聯(lián)性和重要性分析,且關聯(lián)性分析是重要性分析的基礎;最后結合某紡織企業(yè)的實例運用分析過程得出了影響其實施綠色產品創(chuàng)新的各因素間的六級遞階結構圖及關鍵因素,與企業(yè)的實際情況相符,驗證了基于ISM-ANP的因素分析的可行性和有效性。研究結果表明,文章構建的綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素分析過程是可行和有效的,可以幫助企業(yè)識別影響其綠色產品創(chuàng)新的各因素之間的關系和關鍵因素,指導企業(yè)進行更具針對性的關注和投資。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于從四個維度構建了綠色產品創(chuàng)新的影響因素指標,現(xiàn)有研究多是針對個別或者幾個因素,本研究較為全面的概括了影響因素;現(xiàn)有文獻多是研究因素對綠色產品創(chuàng)新的影響,鮮有研究因素之間關系的,且關于關鍵因素的研究多是理論性的描述,本研究彌補了這些不足,運用ISM-ANP對綠色產品創(chuàng)新影響因素關聯(lián)性和重要性進行分析能夠幫助企業(yè)識別因素之間的關系并得出關鍵影響因素。
[Abstract]:The frequent natural disasters have sounded the alarm bell for human beings. The environmental problems have been paid more and more attention to by the world. The concept of sustainable development, such as "green manufacturing" and "green products", has been put forward and respected. Developing and manufacturing green products has become the mainstream concept of enterprise product innovation. The implementation of green product innovation is influenced by a series of factors. Analyzing the relevance and importance of the influencing factors of enterprise green product innovation can guide the enterprise green product innovation behavior. Therefore, the research on the influencing factors of green product innovation has important theoretical and practical significance. Because of different environments, different industries and different enterprises, the key factors of green product innovation are different, so the purpose of this study is to construct the analysis process of green product innovation based on ISM-ANP. This paper makes a reasonable and effective analysis of the relevance and importance of the influencing factors in order to help enterprises identify the relationships and key factors that affect the innovation of their own green products through the application of the analysis process. To make the green product innovation plan more targeted, improve the success rate and efficiency of green product innovation. Firstly, the paper briefly summarizes the theoretical basis, concept, characteristics and research status of green product innovation. Based on the existing research on the influencing factors of green product innovation at home and abroad, this paper constructs the index of green product innovation factors including environmental factors, organizational factors, technical factors and managers' factors. This paper constructs the analysis process of influencing factors of green product innovation based on ISM-ANP, carries on the relevance and the importance analysis separately, and the relevance analysis is the foundation of the importance analysis; Finally, the six-level hierarchical structure diagram and key factors among the factors influencing the implementation of green product innovation are obtained by using the analysis process of a textile enterprise, which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. The feasibility and effectiveness of factor analysis based on ISM-ANP are verified. The results show that the analysis process of influencing factors of green product innovation constructed in this paper is feasible and effective, which can help enterprises identify the relationship and key factors that affect their green product innovation. Guide enterprises to pay more attention and investment. The innovation of this study is to construct the influencing factors index of green product innovation from four dimensions. Most of the existing studies are aimed at individual or several factors. Most of the existing literatures are concerned with the influence of factors on green product innovation, few of which are related to each other, and most of the studies on key factors are theoretical descriptions. This study has made up for these shortcomings. Using ISM-ANP to analyze the relevance and importance of the influencing factors of green product innovation can help enterprises identify the relationship between factors and obtain the key factors.
