【摘要】:“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”是現(xiàn)階段我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要推動力,隨著國家政策對“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的支持和倡導,各大中小型創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)不斷涌現(xiàn),中國真正地進入全民創(chuàng)業(yè)熱潮。但是在新創(chuàng)企業(yè)不斷涌現(xiàn)的同時,其所面臨的高失敗率和成長的巨大差異性引起了學術(shù)界和實業(yè)界的廣泛關(guān)注。為了彌補自身資源缺陷,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)開始重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向,著力構(gòu)建外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系,在這個過程中企業(yè)績效得到了一定程度的提升。因此,研究新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)績效的影響機制,可以幫助新創(chuàng)企業(yè)提高創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率。針對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)所普遍面臨的成活率低的問題,本文從外生視角和內(nèi)生視角探究新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向(具有外向性)、戰(zhàn)略能力(具有內(nèi)生性)與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建“戰(zhàn)略-能力-績效”轉(zhuǎn)化機制,探析新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)績效的影響機制,以期打開新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向與企業(yè)績效關(guān)系的黑箱。首先,本文依據(jù)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)以及變量間的關(guān)系,提出了研究假設(shè)并構(gòu)建了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)績效的影響機制模型。其次,本文通過問卷調(diào)查收集了178家新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的有效數(shù)據(jù),并利用回歸分析方法分別檢驗了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)績效的直接作用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向經(jīng)由戰(zhàn)略能力(網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力、營銷能力和技術(shù)能力)對企業(yè)績效的間接作用,以及行業(yè)競爭程度對兩者的調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,根據(jù)實證分析結(jié)果揭示了新創(chuàng)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)導向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)績效的具體影響機制,并依據(jù)該機制為新創(chuàng)企業(yè)提高企業(yè)績效提供了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:"Mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" is an important driving force of China's economic development at the present stage. With the support and advocacy of national policies to the "Internet", the large, medium and small enterprises are constantly emerging, and China has really entered the upsurge of national entrepreneurship. But at the same time, the high failure rate and the huge difference of growth have aroused the attention of academia and industry. In order to make up for their own resource defects, the new enterprise began to pay attention to the network orientation and build the external network relationship. In this process, the performance of the enterprise has been improved to a certain extent. Therefore, the study of the influence mechanism of network orientation on enterprise performance can help the start-up to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. In view of the problem of low survival rate, this paper explores the relationship between the network orientation (with extroversion, strategic ability (endogenous) and the performance of the new venture) from the external and endogenous perspectives. In order to open the black box of the relationship between network orientation and enterprise performance, this paper constructs the transformation mechanism of "strategy, capability and performance", and probes into the influence mechanism of network orientation on enterprise performance in order to open up the black box of the relationship between network orientation and enterprise performance. Firstly, based on the relevant theoretical basis and the relationship between variables, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the model of the influence mechanism of the network orientation of the new enterprise on the enterprise performance. Secondly, this paper collects the effective data of 178 new enterprises by questionnaire, and uses regression analysis to test the direct effect of network orientation on enterprise performance. The indirect effect of marketing ability and technical ability on enterprise performance, and the adjustment of industry competition degree to both. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the paper reveals the specific mechanism of the network orientation of the new enterprise to enterprise performance, and provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the new enterprise to improve the performance of the enterprise according to the mechanism.
