山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源外包模式選擇研究

【摘要】:人力資源外包從歐美國(guó)家引進(jìn)以來(lái),不管是國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者理論研究,還是國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)間的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,都得到了不斷發(fā)展。人力資源外包成為企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的管理方法和企業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。在人力資源外包理論和實(shí)踐不斷發(fā)展背景下,山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)在“追求利潤(rùn)最大化,成本最小化”這條準(zhǔn)則下,進(jìn)行人力資源外包活動(dòng)。但是由于外包市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)自身人力資源管理都存在一些問題,這就導(dǎo)致企業(yè)盲目的跟風(fēng)外包,卻不知道何種外包模式才是真正適合自己。因此本文從山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),對(duì)山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源外包模式進(jìn)行研究。本文以山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,首先,闡述了人力資源外包的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、人力資源外包理論基礎(chǔ)、現(xiàn)有的人力資源外包模式;其次,對(duì)山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行分類,并對(duì)山東省各類民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源外包現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源外包模式,對(duì)人力資源外包模式選擇的影響因素分析,構(gòu)建人力資源外包模式選擇指標(biāo)體系,再次,進(jìn)一步引入層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,構(gòu)建了山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源模式選擇模型,對(duì)山東省各個(gè)類型的民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,最后,對(duì)山東省各個(gè)類型的民營(yíng)企業(yè)人力資源外包模式選擇進(jìn)行總結(jié),希望為山東省民營(yíng)企業(yè)在進(jìn)行人力資源外包模式選擇時(shí)提供一些參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of human resource outsourcing from European and American countries, both the theoretical research of domestic scholars and the practical application among domestic enterprises have been continuously developed. Human resource outsourcing (HRO) has become the management method and focus of enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage. Under the background of continuous development of human resource outsourcing theory and practice, private enterprises in Shandong Province carry out human resource outsourcing activities under the criterion of "pursuing profit maximization and minimizing cost". However, there are some problems in outsourcing market and human resource management of enterprises themselves, which leads enterprises to blindly follow the trend of outsourcing, but do not know what kind of outsourcing mode is really suitable for themselves. Therefore, this paper studies the mode of human resource outsourcing of private enterprises in Shandong Province based on the characteristics of private enterprises in Shandong Province. This paper takes the private enterprises of Shandong Province as the research object. Firstly, it expounds the current research situation of human resource outsourcing at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of human resource outsourcing, the existing human resource outsourcing mode. Secondly, it classifies the private enterprises in Shandong Province. It also analyzes the current situation of human resource outsourcing in various private enterprises in Shandong Province, summarizes the human resource outsourcing mode of private enterprises in Shandong Province, and analyzes the factors affecting the selection of human resource outsourcing mode. Thirdly, the paper introduces AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the human resource model selection model of private enterprises in Shandong Province. The empirical analysis of various types of private enterprises in Shandong Province is made. Finally, the selection of human resource outsourcing modes for various types of private enterprises in Shandong Province is summarized. The author hopes to provide some reference and help for private enterprises in Shandong province to choose the mode of human resource outsourcing.
