【摘要】：以我國的中小企業(yè)為研究對象,基于創(chuàng)新價值鏈理論探討創(chuàng)新資本構(gòu)成要素,并采用驗證性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法實證檢驗創(chuàng)新資本的四要素構(gòu)成模型、創(chuàng)新資本對中小企業(yè)成長績效的作用機理。結(jié)果表明創(chuàng)新資本各要素對中小企業(yè)成長績效具有正向影響。中小企業(yè)應(yīng)該識別和培育創(chuàng)新資本要素,并通過創(chuàng)新價值鏈整合提升創(chuàng)新資本的價值創(chuàng)造能力,促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的良性成長。
[Abstract]:Taking small and medium-sized enterprises in China as the research object, based on the innovation value chain theory, this paper discusses the elements of innovation capital, and empirically tests the four-factor model of innovation capital by means of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The mechanism of innovation capital on the growth performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. The results show that the factors of innovation capital have a positive impact on the growth performance of SMEs. Small and medium-sized enterprises should identify and cultivate the elements of innovation capital and promote the value creation ability of innovation capital through the integration of innovation value chain to promote the healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
