【摘要】：由于創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的調(diào)整成本較高,突然中斷會(huì)造成巨大損失,因此,保持創(chuàng)新的持續(xù)性對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。高層管理者作為戰(zhàn)略的決策者和主要執(zhí)行者,是影響企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和組織績效的重要因素。在"兩職分離"的中國企業(yè)中,董事長與總經(jīng)理是高管團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心,構(gòu)成了最基本的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)二元體。基于此,本文關(guān)注于創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)中的高層管理者因素,重點(diǎn)研究了總經(jīng)理掌控力、董事長和總經(jīng)理之間的異質(zhì)性特征對(duì)于創(chuàng)新持續(xù)性的影響。利用2003—2014年A股制造業(yè)上市公司樣本數(shù)據(jù),分析結(jié)果顯示,總經(jīng)理的強(qiáng)掌控力顯著地促進(jìn)了創(chuàng)新的持續(xù)進(jìn)行,而總經(jīng)理掌控力與創(chuàng)新持續(xù)性之間的關(guān)系受到了董事長—總經(jīng)理的性別、教育水平和任期等差異的阻礙。本文的研究揭示了高管團(tuán)隊(duì)的權(quán)力特征和互動(dòng)特征影響創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的作用機(jī)理和實(shí)際效果,對(duì)于企業(yè)如何保持持續(xù)創(chuàng)新、優(yōu)化高管團(tuán)隊(duì)配置具有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Because of the high adjustment cost of innovation activities, sudden interruption will cause huge losses, so it is of great significance to maintain the sustainability of innovation for the development of enterprises. As the decision-maker and executor of strategy, senior management is an important factor that affects enterprise strategy and organizational performance. The chairman and the general manager are the core of the executive team and form the basic duality of leadership in the separated Chinese enterprises. Based on this, this paper focuses on the factors of senior management in innovation activities, focusing on the influence of the control power of general manager and the heterogeneity between chairman and general manager on innovation sustainability. Using the sample data of A share manufacturing listed companies from 2003 to 2014, the analysis results show that the strong control of the general manager has significantly promoted the continuation of innovation. The relationship between managing director control and innovation sustainability is hampered by differences in the chairman-general manager's gender, educational level and tenure. The research of this paper reveals that the power characteristics and interactive characteristics of the executive team affect the mechanism and actual effect of the innovation activities. It has certain enlightenment significance for the enterprise how to maintain the continuous innovation and optimize the configuration of the executive team.
