F公司技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系改進研究

【摘要】:隨著社會發(fā)展和科技進步,人類越來越意識到技術創(chuàng)新對經(jīng)濟增長和社會進步發(fā)揮的重要作用,企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力的強弱逐漸成為決定企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關鍵因素。如何真實客觀、科學合理、實施有效的評價企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力,既有助于企業(yè)選擇技術創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,又為企業(yè)保持和提高自身競爭優(yōu)勢具有重大意義。技術創(chuàng)新能力的研究在國外從不停止,從該理論開始提出起,就在不斷螺旋上升式向前發(fā)展。中國的相關理論研究開始較晚,但近些年越來越多的企業(yè)大膽嘗試,主動創(chuàng)新,在企業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展同時具有前瞻性的建立有效的技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系,有力支撐了企業(yè)的科技創(chuàng)新,同時逐漸發(fā)展成為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新主體。本文選取了 F公司建立的技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系作為典型案例進行深入分析,主要目的是解決評價體系存在評價范圍太廣、不同產(chǎn)業(yè)用一個標準評價、各指標權重確定不嚴謹、缺乏行業(yè)專家指導、整改針對性不強等五方面問題,建立恰當?shù)脑u價體系,使得F公司技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系簡便、易行和實用。本文針對上述五個問題,分析了 F公司技術評價體系改進的可行性,并給出了解決方案,主要內(nèi)容如下:首先介紹了當前背景下選擇該課題研究的意義、闡述了主要解決方法以及國內(nèi)外學者對此問題的研究狀況;通過學習相關典籍介紹了專業(yè)理論知識;根據(jù)F公司技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系及應用現(xiàn)狀,介紹了 F公司概況和開展技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系情況,包括評價目的、對象、原則、內(nèi)容、方式、相關保障措施、推行歷程和實施效果;同時詳細介紹了F公司技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系面臨的五個問題和挑戰(zhàn),從評價范圍、指標設置合理性、行業(yè)專家作用等進行深入分析;根據(jù)提出的問題給出了建議對策。最后給出了結論與展望,通過技術創(chuàng)新的理論研究和F公司的案例分析,認為如果企業(yè)能建立技術創(chuàng)新能力評價體系,很大程度上能促進企業(yè)進行技術進步,F公司的案例同時也能為其他企業(yè)提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, more and more people realize that technological innovation plays an important role in economic growth and social progress. The strength of technological innovation ability of enterprises has gradually become the key factor to determine the survival and development of enterprises. How to evaluate the technological innovation ability of enterprises effectively and objectively, scientifically and reasonably, is not only helpful for enterprises to choose the strategy of technological innovation, but also has great significance for enterprises to maintain and improve their own competitive advantage. The research of technological innovation ability has never stopped abroad. Since the theory was put forward, it has been spiraling forward. However, in recent years, more and more enterprises have tried boldly, innovated actively and set up an effective evaluation system of technological innovation capability in the development of enterprises. It can support the scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, and gradually develop into the main body of innovation in the development of national economy. This paper selects the evaluation system of technological innovation ability established by F Company as a typical case for in-depth analysis. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that the evaluation system has a wide range of evaluation scope and a standard evaluation for different industries. In order to make the evaluation system of technological innovation ability of F Company simple, practical and practical, the weight of each index is not determined strictly, lacking the guidance of industry experts, and the correction is not strong enough to solve the five problems, such as setting up an appropriate evaluation system. In view of the above five problems, this paper analyzes the feasibility of improving the technical evaluation system of F Company, and gives the solutions. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the significance of choosing this subject under the current background is introduced. This paper expounds the main solutions and the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on this problem; introduces the professional theoretical knowledge by studying relevant classics; according to the evaluation system and application status of technological innovation ability of F Company, This paper introduces the general situation of company F and the evaluation system of technological innovation ability, including the evaluation purpose, object, principle, content, method, relevant safeguard measures, the course of implementation and the effect of implementation. At the same time, the paper introduces in detail five problems and challenges faced by the evaluation system of technological innovation ability of F Company, analyzes in depth the evaluation scope, the rationality of the index setting, the role of the industry experts, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems raised. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are given. Through the theoretical research of technological innovation and the case study of company F, it is concluded that if the enterprise can establish the evaluation system of technological innovation ability, To a great extent, it can promote the technological progress of enterprises and also provide reference for other enterprises.
