【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)大背景下,我國各類企業(yè)面臨著新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。為了更好地應(yīng)對日趨激烈的市場競爭,企業(yè)需要做好各項準(zhǔn)備,尤其是在人力資源管理方面,如何做好員工激勵值得關(guān)注。激勵在企業(yè)管理中有著至關(guān)重要的作用,是企業(yè)調(diào)動員工能動性的有力工具。通過采取激勵措施,企業(yè)能夠充分激發(fā)員工潛能,激發(fā)員工創(chuàng)造性,為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供堅實的人力資源基礎(chǔ)。在知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,激發(fā)人力資源潛力是每個企業(yè)不能回避的課題。本文以激勵理論為依據(jù),結(jié)合前人的研究成果,以S企業(yè)為對象,研究診斷了該企業(yè)員工激勵機(jī)制目前存在的問題。同時,文章針對企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,運用激勵機(jī)制相關(guān)理論,通過實際數(shù)據(jù)分析出導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有問題的原因,進(jìn)而提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案。本文采取調(diào)查問卷與一對一訪談的方法,對S企業(yè)的員工激勵問題進(jìn)行分析:第一部分對研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行了簡要陳述,為全文的寫作構(gòu)建完整的邏輯框架;第二部分對員工激勵的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹,為論文寫作做好理論準(zhǔn)備;第三部分是從S企業(yè)員工激勵現(xiàn)狀入手,基于問卷調(diào)查法及訪談法對員工激勵存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行分析;第四部分根據(jù)理論分析和實際調(diào)研,提出完善S企業(yè)員工激勵機(jī)制的對策;第五部分是從S企業(yè)自身情況出發(fā),制定保障企業(yè)員工激勵改進(jìn)的保障措施。第六部分對全文內(nèi)容做簡要總結(jié)。本文選擇S企業(yè)作為研究對象,通過對員工激勵課題的研究,豐富企業(yè)員工管理理論,為S企業(yè)提高員工激勵管理提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal economy, all kinds of enterprises in our country are facing new problems and challenges. In order to better cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises need to do a good job in preparation, especially in human resources management, how to do a good job of staff motivation deserves attention. Motivation plays an important role in enterprise management and is a powerful tool to mobilize employees' initiative. By taking incentive measures, the enterprise can fully stimulate the potential of employees, stimulate the creativity of employees, and provide a solid human resource foundation for the development of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, it is an unavoidable task for every enterprise to stimulate the potential of human resources. Based on incentive theory and previous research results, this paper studies and diagnoses the existing problems of employee incentive mechanism in S enterprise. At the same time, according to the current situation of enterprises, the paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems by using the relevant theory of incentive mechanism, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme. This paper uses questionnaire and one-to-one interviews to analyze employee motivation in S enterprise. The first part briefly states the research background, research significance, research status, research content and research methods. Build a complete logical framework for the full text of writing; the second part of the staff incentive theory for the introduction of a good theoretical preparation for the paper; the third part is from the S enterprise employee incentive status, Based on questionnaire survey and interview, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of employee motivation. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of S enterprise staff based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation. The fifth part is from S enterprise own situation, formulates the safeguard measure which guarantees the enterprise employee to encourage the improvement. The sixth part makes a brief summary of the full text. This article chooses S enterprise as the research object, through the research on the subject of employee motivation, enriches the enterprise employee management theory, and provides the beneficial reference for the S enterprise to improve the employee incentive management.
