【摘要】：企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理效率是企業(yè)在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)和管理活動(dòng)取得的成效與支出成本間的比例,表征經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理活動(dòng)的成效高低,由知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造、運(yùn)用、保護(hù)和管理效率構(gòu)成了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理效率提升的內(nèi)容。而從發(fā)展的過程來說,不同指標(biāo)發(fā)展程度、不同組合形成了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理效率的不同特征,以及由低到高的Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型模式的進(jìn)階制。企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)以理論提升路徑為指引,建立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理效率提升的階梯進(jìn)路。
