供應(yīng)鏈視角的H公司采購與庫存協(xié)同管理研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)為了在激烈市場競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟或爭得一席之地,必須積極應(yīng)對(duì)市場變更,迅速滿足客戶需求。于是強(qiáng)化供應(yīng)鏈的管理、促進(jìn)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作已是企業(yè)取得競爭優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵策略。采購和庫存管理是企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要組成部分,在供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營中,管理者在決策時(shí)只有充分依據(jù)市場信息,對(duì)采購和庫存進(jìn)行權(quán)衡,根據(jù)供需變化科學(xué)制定并及時(shí)調(diào)整庫存和采購的平衡策略,以取得兩者協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作,改善供應(yīng)鏈乃至整個(gè)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營情況,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)整體利潤最大化。全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化使得同類企業(yè)之間的產(chǎn)品生命周期變短,差異化越來越小,競爭越來越激烈,要求企業(yè)對(duì)市場需求快速響應(yīng),提升服務(wù)水平的同時(shí),壓縮經(jīng)營成本,減少庫存資金占用。這就對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作方式提出新的挑戰(zhàn),現(xiàn)代企業(yè)必須打破固有的庫存控制模式,探求一種在新時(shí)代競爭環(huán)境下采購和庫存控制達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的新辦法。本文介紹了關(guān)于采購和庫存管理的國內(nèi)外研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況,從供應(yīng)鏈、采購和庫存管理的定義和作用入手,詳細(xì)介紹了采購和庫存管理的意義和制定原則,并對(duì)常見的幾種采購和庫存管理模式的特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)用方式進(jìn)行分析,比如傳統(tǒng)庫存管理模式,ABC庫存分類法、VMI策略。指出企業(yè)要根據(jù)自身企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)和在供應(yīng)鏈中所處的地位,制定出適合企業(yè)本身的采購和庫存管理策略,選擇相應(yīng)的管理模式并開展相關(guān)工作。本文欲從H公司供應(yīng)鏈管理概況出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析H公司采購和庫存管理運(yùn)營的失調(diào)現(xiàn)狀,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代新局勢(shì)下H公司面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),著重剖析影響H公司采購和庫存管理協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作的問題和難點(diǎn)。作為供應(yīng)鏈的重要構(gòu)成單元,采購和庫存管理間的沖突與矛盾在所難免,H公司作為家電背景的多元化大型制造型企業(yè),其所面臨的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)營問題也是中國大多數(shù)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營時(shí)所遭遇的瓶頸和難題,如何解決或是優(yōu)化改善的過程及方法對(duì)其他制造企業(yè)也必然是一個(gè)很好的借鑒和引用的案例。本文對(duì)H公司采購和庫存管理的運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行細(xì)致深入的調(diào)查研究和分析,選擇以供應(yīng)鏈為視角,重點(diǎn)分析H公司采購和庫存管理不協(xié)調(diào)的問題。要改變H公司現(xiàn)狀,要從新的視角去研究采購管理和庫存控制的協(xié)同,引用相關(guān)理論,對(duì)H公司采購和庫存管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析闡述,運(yùn)用ABC分類法、補(bǔ)給看板系統(tǒng)、VMI等理論,并根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)訂購批量模型建立模型,為H公司提出改善建議,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)H公司采購管理和庫存控制的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)營。這對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)其他企業(yè)也有一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有如下兩點(diǎn):1、根據(jù)ABC分類法結(jié)合補(bǔ)給看板系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化H公司的采購和庫存管理現(xiàn)狀。2、在H公司內(nèi)大力推行VMI,通過建立EOQ模型和實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)分析,達(dá)到改善并初步實(shí)現(xiàn)H公司采購和庫存管理的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)營。
[Abstract]:In order to gain a foothold or a place in the fierce market competition, modern enterprises must actively respond to market changes and quickly meet the needs of customers. Therefore, strengthening the management of supply chain and promoting the coordinated operation of supply chain are the key strategies for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Procurement and inventory management is an important part of enterprise supply chain management. In the operation of supply chain, managers have to balance procurement and inventory based on market information. According to the change of supply and demand, the equilibrium strategy of inventory and purchase is formulated and adjusted in time, in order to achieve the coordinated operation of both, improve the operation of supply chain and even the whole enterprise, and realize the maximization of overall profit. The global economic integration makes the product life cycle of the same kind of enterprises become shorter and shorter, the differentiation is smaller and smaller, the competition is more and more intense, the enterprise is required to respond to the market demand quickly, raise the service level, at the same time, reduce the operating cost. Reduce the use of stock funds. This puts forward a new challenge to the traditional supply chain operation mode. Modern enterprises must break the inherent inventory control mode and seek a new way to achieve dynamic balance between purchasing and inventory control in the new era competitive environment. This paper introduces the research and application of purchasing and inventory management at home and abroad, starting with the definition and function of supply chain, purchasing and inventory management, the significance and formulation principle of procurement and inventory management are introduced in detail. The characteristics and application methods of several common purchasing and inventory management modes are analyzed, such as the traditional inventory management mode, ABC inventory classification and VMI strategy. It is pointed out that according to the characteristics of the enterprise and its position in the supply chain, the enterprise should formulate the purchasing and inventory management strategy suitable for the enterprise itself, select the corresponding management mode and carry out the relevant work. Based on the general situation of H Company's supply chain management, this paper focuses on analyzing the imbalance of H Company's purchasing and inventory management, and the opportunities and challenges that H Company is facing under the new situation in the Internet era. Focus on the impact of H company purchasing and inventory management coordination issues and difficulties. As an important component of supply chain, conflicts and contradictions between purchasing and inventory management are inevitable. The coordination and operation of supply chain is also the bottleneck and difficulty encountered by most Chinese enterprises in the supply chain operation. How to solve or optimize the improvement of the process and methods for other manufacturing enterprises must be a good reference and reference case. This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the operation mode of purchasing and inventory management in H Company, and chooses the supply chain as the angle of view to analyze the incoordination between purchasing and inventory management in H Company. In order to change the present situation of H Company, we should study the coordination of purchasing management and inventory control from a new angle of view. Referring to relevant theories, we should analyze and expound the status quo of purchasing and inventory management in H Company in detail, and use ABC classification method. Based on the theory of supply Kanban system (VMI) and traditional economic order batch model, this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions for H Company, in order to realize the coordinated operation of purchasing management and inventory control in H Company. This also has certain practical significance to other enterprises in the industry. The innovation of this paper is as follows: 1, according to the ABC classification method combined with the supply Kanban system, optimize the purchasing and inventory management status of H Company, vigorously promote VMIs in H Company, establish the EOQ model and analyze the actual data. Achieve improvement and initial implementation of H company purchasing and inventory management coordination operation.
