【摘要】：在過(guò)去20多年的時(shí)間里,境外上市的中國(guó)公司已達(dá)到1100多家,境外上市的目標(biāo)選擇呈現(xiàn)多元化的特點(diǎn),在國(guó)際主要資本市場(chǎng)均可見(jiàn)中國(guó)企業(yè)的身影。境內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展與監(jiān)管,影響中國(guó)企業(yè)的境外上市決策,企業(yè)境外投資的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)則影響了其境外上市的方向。"一帶一路"倡議將開創(chuàng)中國(guó)企業(yè)境外上市的新格局:重點(diǎn)行業(yè)在龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)下,促進(jìn)更多中國(guó)企業(yè)赴境外資本市場(chǎng)上市;美、港、新等傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際資本市場(chǎng)仍將發(fā)揮重要作用,歐洲四國(guó)、澳、韓等其他資本市場(chǎng)值得搶灘開拓。"一帶一路"倡議背景下,政府有關(guān)部門應(yīng)盡快出臺(tái)詳細(xì)的中國(guó)企業(yè)境外上市指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn);而企業(yè)則應(yīng)關(guān)注金融創(chuàng)新,優(yōu)化上市模式,充分利用境外資本市場(chǎng),為"走出去"戰(zhàn)略服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In the past 20 years, there have been more than 1100 overseas listed Chinese companies. The target of overseas listing is diversified, and Chinese enterprises can be seen in the major international capital markets. The development and supervision of the domestic market will affect the overseas listing decision of Chinese enterprises, and the target market for overseas investment of enterprises will affect the direction of overseas listing. " Belt and Road's initiative will open up a new pattern of overseas listing of Chinese enterprises: the key industries, led by leading enterprises, will promote more Chinese enterprises to list in overseas capital markets; the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and other traditional international capital markets will continue to play an important role. Four European countries, Australia, South Korea and other capital markets are worth snapping up and opening up. " Against the background of Belt and Road's proposal, the relevant government departments should issue detailed guidelines on the overseas listing of Chinese enterprises as soon as possible, while enterprises should pay attention to financial innovation, optimize the listing model, and make full use of overseas capital markets. To serve the "going out" strategy.
