【摘要】：基于30個省(市、區(qū))2000—2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù),引入多層線性模型,考察省級產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策對省域校企技術(shù)合作專利產(chǎn)出的直接影響,以及國家級產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策對省域校企技術(shù)合作專利產(chǎn)出的間接影響。主要發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,省級產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策對校企技術(shù)合作專利產(chǎn)出具有顯著的直接正面影響;第二,國家級產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策可通過對省級產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策的(正)斜率產(chǎn)生提升作用而對校企技術(shù)合作專利產(chǎn)出帶來間接影響效應(yīng),但對市場自發(fā)的校企技術(shù)合作行為產(chǎn)生一定的"擠出效應(yīng)",會降低省域技術(shù)市場建設(shè)對校企技術(shù)合作專利產(chǎn)出的正面影響效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on panel data of 30 provinces (cities and districts) from 2000 to 2015, a multilevel linear model is introduced to investigate the direct impact of provincial policy on the output of patents for technical cooperation between schools and enterprises. And the indirect influence of national industry, university and research cooperation policy on the patent output of technical cooperation of provincial schools and enterprises. The main findings are as follows: first, the policy of industry-university-research cooperation at the provincial level has a significant direct and positive impact on the patent output of technical cooperation between schools and enterprises; second, The national policy of industry-university-research cooperation can have an indirect effect on the patent output of technical cooperation between schools and enterprises by promoting the (positive) slope of the policy of industry-university-research cooperation at the provincial level. However, there is a certain "crowding out effect" on the spontaneous technical cooperation behavior of schools and enterprises in the market, which will reduce the positive effect of the construction of provincial technology market on the patent output of technical cooperation between schools and enterprises.
