【摘要】：基于2009—2015年上市公司面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用DEA方法分別對(duì)國企和民企在戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)整體以及七大細(xì)分產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合效率、純技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率對(duì)比分析.實(shí)證表明:國企綜合技術(shù)效率水平整體上高于民企,這種特征主要是由于純技術(shù)效率狀況決定的;盡管民企規(guī)模效率略高于國企,但受制于外部政策環(huán)境等因素變化影響,對(duì)綜合技術(shù)效率影響較小.國企與民企在新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)上效率普遍相對(duì)較高;在生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)上效率普遍相對(duì)較低;國企在新一代信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)與高端設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)上效率優(yōu)勢(shì)顯著,在新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)效率優(yōu)勢(shì)差異最小;民企在新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)上略顯效率優(yōu)勢(shì),主要源于規(guī)模效率的影響.
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of listed companies from 2009 to 2015, this paper uses DEA method to compare and analyze the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in strategic emerging industries as a whole and seven subdivision industries. The empirical results show that the level of comprehensive technical efficiency of state-owned enterprises is higher than that of private enterprises as a whole, which is mainly determined by the pure technical efficiency. Although the scale efficiency of private enterprises is slightly higher than that of state-owned enterprises, it is affected by the changes of external policy environment, etc. It has little influence on the comprehensive technical efficiency. State-owned enterprises and private enterprises generally have relatively high efficiency in the new energy automobile industry; relatively low efficiency in the biomedical industry; and state-owned enterprises have significant efficiency advantages in the new generation of information technology industries and high-end equipment industries. In the new material industry, the difference of efficiency advantage is the smallest, and the private enterprises' efficiency advantage in the new energy industry is mainly due to the influence of scale efficiency.
