【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,創(chuàng)新和知識(shí)在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用日益顯著。使用企業(yè)資源進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),獲得長(zhǎng)期競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)成為了學(xué)術(shù)界和管理界的重要議題。智力資本理論為這些研究提供了新的角度和方向。本文的主要目的在于識(shí)別智力資本中不同維度對(duì)二元式創(chuàng)新的差異化作用,闡明探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新在企業(yè)內(nèi)應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),為企業(yè)進(jìn)行智力資本管理提供理論依據(jù)。首先,本文對(duì)智力資本和二元式創(chuàng)新的論文進(jìn)行了整理,闡述二者的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)和測(cè)量方式。同時(shí),在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了關(guān)于智力資本和二元式創(chuàng)新關(guān)系的假設(shè)。最后,本文通過(guò)多元線性回歸方法研究了中國(guó)汽車制造業(yè)上市公司智力資本及其構(gòu)成要素對(duì)二元式創(chuàng)新的影響。在研究設(shè)計(jì)上,本文使用定量方法研究智力資本和二元式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,創(chuàng)新性地使用客觀指標(biāo)測(cè)量智力資本和二元式創(chuàng)新并構(gòu)建相關(guān)模型。本文采用綜合評(píng)價(jià)法測(cè)量智力資本,使用專利法測(cè)量二元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新,避免了問(wèn)卷調(diào)研存在的"系統(tǒng)歪曲現(xiàn)象"。在研究對(duì)象上,參照申銀萬(wàn)國(guó)行業(yè)分類方法,采用2013-2015年汽車制造行業(yè)81家上市公司作為研究樣本。在研究方法上,使用多元線性回歸方程驗(yàn)證智力資本三個(gè)維度人力資本、結(jié)構(gòu)資本和關(guān)系資本對(duì)二元式創(chuàng)新兩個(gè)維度探索式創(chuàng)新和利用式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系。在對(duì)樣本進(jìn)行多元線性分析之后,得到以下結(jié)論:人力資本、結(jié)構(gòu)資本、關(guān)系資本均對(duì)企業(yè)探索式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生正向影響,智力資本成為影響公司是否進(jìn)行利用式創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵因素。智力資本中人力資本和結(jié)構(gòu)資本正向影響探索式創(chuàng)新,關(guān)系資本與探索式創(chuàng)新呈倒U型關(guān)系。企業(yè)存在最佳關(guān)系資本水平。關(guān)系資本過(guò)高或者過(guò)低,均會(huì)導(dǎo)致企業(yè)探索式創(chuàng)新下降�；谝陨辖Y(jié)論,建議企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中,一方面需要重視智力資本的地位,做好企業(yè)智力資本的積累工作。另一方面需要了解創(chuàng)新類型的區(qū)分,根據(jù)企業(yè)自身戰(zhàn)略和創(chuàng)新類別,合理分配所需資源。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, innovation and knowledge play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. The use of enterprise resources for innovative activities to obtain long-term competitive advantage has become an important issue in academia and management. The theory of intellectual capital provides a new angle and direction for these studies. The main purpose of this paper is to identify the differential effect of different dimensions of intellectual capital on dualistic innovation, to clarify the present situation and trend of the application of exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation in enterprises, and to provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to manage their intellectual capital. First of all, this paper collates the intellectual capital and dualistic innovation, expounds the connotation, structure and measurement of the two. At the same time, on the basis of previous studies, the hypothesis about the relationship between intellectual capital and dualistic innovation is put forward. Finally, this paper studies the influence of intellectual capital and its components on binary innovation of listed companies in China's automobile manufacturing industry by means of multiple linear regression method. In the aspect of research and design, this paper uses quantitative method to study the relationship between intellectual capital and dualistic innovation, and innovatively uses objective index to measure intellectual capital and binary innovation and construct relevant models. This paper uses comprehensive evaluation method to measure intellectual capital and patent method to measure binary innovation, thus avoiding the "systematic distortion" of questionnaire investigation. According to the classification method of Shenyin Wanguo industry, 81 listed companies in automobile manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2015 were used as the research sample. In terms of research methods, we use multiple linear regression equations to verify the relationship between human capital in three dimensions of intellectual capital, structural capital and relational capital, and the two dimensions of dual innovation, exploratory innovation and utilitarian innovation. After multivariate linear analysis of the samples, the following conclusions are drawn: human capital, structural capital and relational capital all have a positive impact on enterprise exploratory innovation, and intellectual capital is the key factor to influence whether the company carries out utilitarian innovation. In intellectual capital, human capital and structural capital positively influence exploratory innovation, and relational capital and exploratory innovation are inversely U-shaped. Enterprises have the best level of relational capital. Relationship capital is too high or too low, will lead to a decline in exploratory innovation. Based on the above conclusions, it is suggested that enterprises should, on the one hand, attach importance to the status of intellectual capital and do a good job in the accumulation of intellectual capital in the process of innovation. On the other hand, we need to understand the distinction of innovation types and allocate the required resources according to the enterprise's own strategy and innovation category.
