【摘要】：為了應對激烈的市場競爭,搶占市場份額,賒銷已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)擴大銷售的主要方式,影響企業(yè)資金運營的應收賬款也隨之產(chǎn)生。為有效利用企業(yè)的應收賬款解決中小企業(yè)融資困境,供應鏈應收賬款融資以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈為背景,依托核心企業(yè)的信譽和資質(zhì),可有效提高中小企業(yè)的融資效率,為中小企業(yè)融資提供解決之道,因此迅速成為商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務的增長點。保理、質(zhì)押和證券化是供應鏈應收賬款融資的三種主要方式。為了研究三種融資方式在企業(yè)中的具體應用及適用情況,首先從供應鏈應收賬款融資的必要性、可行性入手,并對三種方式進行具體分析,剖析供應鏈應收賬款融資在實踐中的應用策略和影響因素,在此基礎上,對HC公司供應鏈融資方式進行了分析。文章利用PEST模型分析了該公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境,結(jié)合公司架構(gòu)、經(jīng)營情況、供應鏈關(guān)系、上下游企業(yè)等信息,綜合評定認為HC公司符合供應鏈融資的基本條件。與此同時,結(jié)合貿(mào)易信用動機、企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、資金運用狀況等多種影響因素,對比三種融資方式的預期效果,幫助HC公司選取了能夠解決公司融資問題、提高融資效率、符合公司要求的最適宜地融資方式——保理融資。文章將供應鏈融資理論與HC公司企業(yè)情況相結(jié)合,提煉出各種方式的適用性以及不同情況下的融資方式選取策略,為HC公司更加經(jīng)濟有效地運用應收賬款進行融資提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the fierce market competition and seize the market share, credit sales has become the main way for enterprises to expand sales, and the accounts receivable which affect the capital operation of enterprises also come into being. In order to effectively use the accounts receivable of enterprises to solve the financing dilemma of SMEs, the financing of supply chain accounts receivable can effectively improve the financing efficiency of SMEs by taking the industry chain as the background and relying on the credibility and qualification of the core enterprises. Financing for small and medium-sized enterprises to provide a solution, so quickly become the growth point of commercial banking business. Factoring, pledge and securitization are the three main ways of supply chain accounts receivable financing. In order to study the application and application of the three financing methods in the enterprise, the necessity and feasibility of the financing of the accounts receivable in the supply chain are discussed, and the three ways are analyzed concretely. On the basis of analyzing the application strategy and influencing factors of supply chain accounts receivable financing in practice, this paper analyzes the supply chain financing mode of HC Company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of the company by using PEST model, combining with the information of company structure, management, supply chain relationship, upstream and downstream enterprises, etc., and synthetically evaluates that HC company meets the basic conditions of supply chain financing. At the same time, combining with the factors of trade credit motivation, enterprise structure, capital utilization and so on, this paper compares the expected effects of the three financing methods, and helps HC Company to select a company that can solve the financing problems and improve the financing efficiency. The most appropriate financing method in line with the requirements of the company-factoring financing. This paper combines the supply chain financing theory with the enterprise situation of HC company, and abstracts the applicability of various ways and the selection strategy of financing mode under different circumstances. It provides a certain reference for HC Company to use accounts receivable to finance more economically and effectively.
