創(chuàng)業(yè)者社交主動性對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)機會識別的影響及作用機制研究

【摘要】:當前中國正處在經(jīng)濟轉型的關鍵時期,企業(yè)正在從勞動密集型向資本、技術、知識密集型轉變。同時,國民教育水平也在不斷的提高,人員的創(chuàng)新能力顯著增強。李克強總理響應時代的號召,適時提出了 "大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的口號并寫入政府工作報告。政府希望借助"大眾創(chuàng)新、萬眾創(chuàng)業(yè)"培育更多的新創(chuàng)企業(yè),培育新的經(jīng)濟增長點。創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的關鍵啟動步驟是機會識別,機會識別的影響因素是什么,影響機制又是怎樣,這是創(chuàng)業(yè)研究需要解決的問題。新創(chuàng)企業(yè)機會識別是創(chuàng)業(yè)學領域的重要研究議題。基于高階理論的視角,探討創(chuàng)業(yè)者社交主動性對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)機會識別的影響,并構建了有調節(jié)的中介效應模型來深入探討企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡和融資環(huán)境在其中所起到的作用。以149位新創(chuàng)企業(yè)家為樣本,調查結果表明:(1)創(chuàng)業(yè)者社交主動性對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)機會識別有顯著影響,在機會識別的過程中,創(chuàng)業(yè)者所扮演的角色是至關重要的,深刻影響著新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的機會識別過程。(2)企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡在創(chuàng)業(yè)者社交主動性和企業(yè)機會識別之間起完全中介作用,具備較高的創(chuàng)業(yè)者主動性的個體通過幫助企業(yè)構建優(yōu)質的社會網(wǎng)絡來影響企業(yè)機會識別。(3)融資環(huán)境正向調節(jié)企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡和機會識別之間的關系,且融資環(huán)境越好,企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡的中介效應越強。資金是影響企業(yè)機會識別的關鍵資源,為了能夠更有效的識別機會,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)需要一個更好的融資環(huán)境。研究在理論上從微宏觀兩個層面綜合探索企業(yè)機會識別的影響因素,在實踐上為創(chuàng)業(yè)者以及政府提供了有理論參考。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the critical period of economic transformation. Enterprises are changing from labor intensive to capital, technology and knowledge intensive. At the same time, the level of national education is also constantly improving, personnel innovation ability significantly enhanced. In response to the call of the times, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the slogan of "Mass Entrepreneurship, all Innovation" and wrote it into the government work report. The government hopes to foster more new enterprises and new economic growth points with the help of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship. The key starting step of entrepreneurial activity is opportunity recognition. What are the influencing factors and the influencing mechanism of opportunity recognition, which is the problem that needs to be solved in entrepreneurial research. Opportunity identification is an important research topic in the field of entrepreneurship. Based on the perspective of higher order theory, this paper discusses the influence of entrepreneurs' social initiative on the opportunity identification of new enterprises, and constructs a moderated intermediary effect model to explore the role of corporate social network and financing environment in it. In a sample of 149 new entrepreneurs, the results show that entrepreneurs' social initiative has a significant impact on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and the role of entrepreneurs is crucial in the process of opportunity recognition. The social network of enterprises plays a full intermediary role between the social initiative of entrepreneurs and the identification of business opportunities. Individuals with higher entrepreneurial initiative influence the relationship between corporate social network and opportunity identification by helping enterprises to build quality social networks. The better the financing environment is, the better the financing environment is. The intermediary effect of enterprise social network is stronger. Capital is the key resource to affect the opportunity identification of enterprises. In order to identify opportunities more effectively, new enterprises need a better financing environment. The study theoretically explores the influencing factors of enterprise opportunity identification from two levels of micro and macro, and provides a theoretical reference for entrepreneurs and the government in practice.
