群體情感基調——團隊認知的互補性概念

【摘要】:不同于以往團隊研究側重于團隊認知維度,隨著情感維度在團隊及組織中重要性的日益凸顯,學者對團隊情感展開相應研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在大部分現(xiàn)實團隊中存在著對團隊產出有重要影響的群體情感基調,即成員情感狀態(tài)存在相對甚至高度一致的現(xiàn)象。從群體情感基調定義及其相關概念出發(fā),構建了其形成及發(fā)展的理論框架,針對群體情感基調影響因素、形成過程、狀態(tài)、產出以及相應的情境因素進行了相應論述。最后提出,未來研究可對團隊中權威人物與其他成員情感關系、具體情感基調、情感二重調整、現(xiàn)代交互媒體下的群體情感基調以及子團隊情感基調等方面進行探索。
[Abstract]:Different from the previous team research focused on the cognitive dimension of team, with the increasing importance of emotional dimension in the team and organization, scholars carried out the corresponding research on team emotion found. In most real teams, there is a group emotional tone that has an important influence on the team output, that is, the emotional state of the members is relatively or even highly consistent. Based on the definition of group emotional tone and its related concepts, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of its formation and development, and discusses the influencing factors, forming process, state, output and corresponding situational factors of group emotional tone. Finally, the future research can explore the emotional relationship between the authoritative characters and other members of the team, the specific emotional tone, the dual adjustment of emotion, the group emotional tone under the modern interactive media and the emotional tone of the sub-team.
