【摘要】：為了研究創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度和關(guān)系質(zhì)量對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的直接影響,及效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的中介作用和環(huán)境不確定性的調(diào)節(jié)作用,對290份新創(chuàng)企業(yè)問卷數(shù)據(jù)的實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)創(chuàng)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度和關(guān)系質(zhì)量都對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效具有顯著正向影響;(2)效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的可承擔(dān)損失、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、利用權(quán)變和手段導(dǎo)向四個維度對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效具有顯著正向影響;(3)效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的可承擔(dān)損失、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和利用權(quán)變?nèi)齻�維度在關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效、以及關(guān)系質(zhì)量與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的正向關(guān)系中具有不完全中介作用;(4)環(huán)境不確定性在關(guān)系強(qiáng)度與效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的可承擔(dān)損失、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟和利用權(quán)變的正向關(guān)系中起負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用,而在關(guān)系質(zhì)量與效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的可承擔(dān)損失維度的正向關(guān)系中起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the direct influence of the relationship strength and relationship quality of entrepreneurial network on the performance of start-up enterprises, and the mediating role of resource integration and the adjustment of environmental uncertainty, An empirical study of 290 new venture data shows that the relationship strength and relationship quality of the entrepreneurial network have a significant positive impact on the performance of the new venture. The four dimensions of contingency and means orientation have a significant positive impact on the performance of the new venture. (3) the effect of the inferential entrepreneurial resources integration can be borne, the strategic alliance and the use of contingency three dimensions in the relationship strength and the performance of the new venture. In the positive relationship between relationship quality and the performance of the new venture, there is an incomplete intermediary role. 4) the environmental uncertainty can bear the loss in the integration of the relationship intensity and the effect of the inferential entrepreneurial resources. Strategic alliance plays a negative role in the positive relationship of utilizing contingency, while it plays a positive role in the positive relationship of relationship quality and effect reasoning resource integration.
