【摘要】:供應(yīng)商對一個企業(yè)來講無疑是非常重要的,未來會更加重要,供應(yīng)商的好壞對一個企業(yè)的影響非常大,它會影響企業(yè)的采購、生產(chǎn)、庫存以及銷售等等。而且未來的供應(yīng)商與企業(yè)的關(guān)系并不是單純的管理與被管理的關(guān)系,供應(yīng)商將會成為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴,是一種互利共贏的關(guān)系。所以供應(yīng)商前期的評價與選擇就相當(dāng)重要。醫(yī)用耗材產(chǎn)品有其本身的特點來區(qū)別于其他類型的產(chǎn)品,這可以從其生產(chǎn)、運輸、銷售等環(huán)節(jié)來區(qū)分。所以,醫(yī)用耗材產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商要求也是不同的,比如生產(chǎn)的環(huán)境潔凈程度要達到多少級,是否有FDA的認證等等;根據(jù)醫(yī)用耗材產(chǎn)品本身的特點建立起A公司的供應(yīng)商評價體系和選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才能更適應(yīng)A公司的發(fā)展,增強公司的核心競爭力。傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)系,只是簡單的買賣關(guān)系,企業(yè)決策者認為這家供應(yīng)商不可以,可以換家合作,對供應(yīng)商的態(tài)度也不是很友好,這種關(guān)系在買方市場的時候還可以,但是隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會的進步,簡單的買賣關(guān)系已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的需求,因為有些供應(yīng)商已經(jīng)有自己的技術(shù),有自己的核心競爭力,買方市場漸漸向賣方市場在轉(zhuǎn)變,所以,這個時候我們需要新型的合作關(guān)系,也即戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商互利共贏、共同發(fā)展。企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商評價選擇和后期管理是一個逐漸優(yōu)化的過程,不好的要逐漸淘汰,好的要加入進來,要形成一種動態(tài)的平衡,這樣才能使企業(yè)長久保持競爭力。論文講述了a公司醫(yī)耗產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商選擇與管理策略研究的背景、意義、研究的路線、方法和過程,并查閱文獻學(xué)習(xí)到供應(yīng)商管理方面知識;接著介紹了a公司的發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀和組織架構(gòu),醫(yī)耗產(chǎn)品的定義,分類、特點和國內(nèi)外的市場發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對a公司目前的醫(yī)耗產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,之后重點描述了以德爾菲法和層次分析法為基礎(chǔ)建立了a公司的供應(yīng)商評價選擇體系并將其應(yīng)用在a公司的供應(yīng)商評價與選擇的實踐中。應(yīng)用的結(jié)果顯示出:使用德爾菲法和層次分析法能夠在最大程度上客觀有效的幫助a公司評價和選擇到合適的供應(yīng)商,基本上避免了傳統(tǒng)做法主觀臆斷指標(biāo)權(quán)重而帶來的隨意性,這種方法具有操作簡單、方便靈活的特點,可以解決復(fù)雜的多結(jié)構(gòu)問題。在全球化的大背景下,激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境是一個企業(yè)必須要面對的,如果能正確運用德爾菲法和層次分析法等科學(xué)的方法進行供應(yīng)商的評價與選擇,勢必會大大提高選擇到合適的供應(yīng)商的效率和幾率,在供應(yīng)鏈管理、銷售和信息方面實現(xiàn)協(xié)同效應(yīng),以降低在采購、物流等方面的成本來提高其競爭力,同時戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系的建立能有效減少外在因素的影響及其造成的風(fēng)險使企業(yè)能夠立足現(xiàn)在發(fā)展未來。并且論文通過實例論述了通過德爾菲法和層次分析法建立的供應(yīng)商評價選擇體系在選擇優(yōu)秀供應(yīng)商的有效性和實用性。能夠客觀的方便快捷的為企業(yè)找到所需要的供應(yīng)商。
[Abstract]:The supplier is undoubtedly very important to an enterprise. The future will be more important. The quality of the supplier is very important to an enterprise. It will affect the purchase, production, inventory, and sales of the enterprise. Moreover, the relationship between the supplier and the enterprise is not a single management and managed relationship, and the supplier will be The strategic partner of an enterprise is a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship. Therefore, the early evaluation and selection of the suppliers is very important. The medical consumables have their own characteristics to distinguish them from other types of products, which can be distinguished from their production, transportation, sales and other links. Therefore, the requirements of the suppliers of medical consumables are also different. For example, how many levels of environmental cleanliness of production should be achieved, whether there is FDA certification, and so on. According to the characteristics of medical consumables, the supplier evaluation system and selection standard of A company can be more adapted to the development of A company and the core competitiveness of the company. The relationship between traditional enterprises and suppliers is just a simple business. Relationship, enterprise decision-makers believe that the supplier can not, can change the cooperation, the attitude of the supplier is not very friendly, this kind of relationship in the buyer's market is still possible, but with the development of the economy and the progress of the society, the simple business relationship has not adapted to the needs of the survival and development of the enterprise, because some suppliers have already With its own technology and its own core competitiveness, the buyer's market is gradually changing to the seller's market. So, at this time, we need a new type of cooperative relationship, that is, the strategic partnership, the enterprise and the supplier win the mutual benefit and develop together. The selection of the supplier evaluation and the later management is a gradual process of optimization. Good to be phased out, good to join in, to form a dynamic balance, so that the enterprise will remain competitive for a long time. This paper describes the background, significance, route, method and process of the research on the choice and management of medical consumption products supplier of a company, and to consult the literature on the knowledge of supplier management; and then introduce the knowledge of the supplier management. This paper introduces the development history and present situation of a company, the organization structure, the definition, classification, characteristics and market development status of the medical consumption products at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation of a company's current medical product suppliers, and then focuses on the establishment of the supplier evaluation and selection system based on the Delphy Fa and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It is applied to the practice of supplier evaluation and selection of a company. The application results show that the use of Delphy Fa and AHP can help a companies to evaluate and select the appropriate suppliers to the maximum extent, and basically avoid the randomness caused by the subjective assumption of the index weight of the traditional practice. The method has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient and flexible, and can solve the complex multi structure problem. Under the background of globalization, the fierce market competition environment is an enterprise must face. If we can apply the scientific methods of Delphy Fa and analytic hierarchy process to enter the supplier evaluation and selection, it will be greatly improved. Choose the efficiency and probability of the appropriate supplier, realize synergy in supply chain management, sales and information to reduce the cost of purchasing and logistics to improve its competitiveness. At the same time, the establishment of strategic partnership can effectively reduce the influence of external factors and the risks that cause the enterprise to develop on the basis of the present development. In the future, the paper discusses the validity and practicability of the supplier evaluation and selection system established by Delphy Fa and AHP in selecting the excellent suppliers, and can find the necessary suppliers for the enterprise objectively and conveniently.
