基于價(jià)值鏈理論的G公司供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中所占的比例日益提高,服務(wù)行業(yè)內(nèi)的企業(yè)同時(shí)也面臨著日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),這為企業(yè)帶來了巨大的沖擊,也給企業(yè)的生存、發(fā)展帶來了諸多不安定的因素。邁克爾·波特教授提出的價(jià)值鏈理論揭示了企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是企業(yè)整個(gè)價(jià)值鏈條上所有環(huán)節(jié)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而不是僅僅局限于某個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)上,對(duì)于企業(yè)而言,價(jià)值鏈條上所有環(huán)節(jié)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力決定了企業(yè)自身在市場(chǎng)中競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱。為能提高G公司的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,本文以波特教授的價(jià)值鏈理論作為指導(dǎo),以G公司的供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)作為研究對(duì)象,透過系統(tǒng)分析行業(yè)價(jià)值鏈以及企業(yè)內(nèi)、外部價(jià)值鏈,并結(jié)合SWOT分析,對(duì)G公司的供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行梳理,指出其存在的不足,從物流、資金流以及信息流這三大供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)模塊著手,研究如何優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)目前G公司的供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù),最終提出供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)模式優(yōu)化的方案以及公司規(guī)劃并配套相應(yīng)的實(shí)施措施。本文也希望能從對(duì)G公司的個(gè)案研究中總結(jié)出可以在行業(yè)內(nèi)推廣實(shí)踐的方法、經(jīng)驗(yàn),以促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the steady development of domestic economy, the proportion of service industry in the national economy is increasing day by day, and the enterprises in the service industry are also facing increasingly fierce competition, which has brought great impact to the enterprises, and also to the survival of the enterprises. Development has brought many unstable factors. The theory of value chain put forward by Professor Michael Porter reveals that competition among enterprises is the competition of all links in the whole chain of value of an enterprise, rather than being confined to only one link. The comprehensive competitiveness of all links in the value chain determines the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of G Company, this paper, guided by Professor Porter's value chain theory, takes the supply chain service of G Company as the research object, and analyzes the industry value chain as well as the internal and external value chain through the systematic analysis of the industry value chain and the internal and external value chain. Combined with the analysis of SWOT, this paper combs the supply chain service mode of G Company, points out its shortcomings, and starts with three supply chain service modules, namely, logistics, capital flow and information flow. This paper studies how to optimize and design the supply chain service of G Company, and finally puts forward the scheme of the optimization of supply chain service mode and the company planning and supporting corresponding implementation measures. This paper also hopes to sum up the practical methods and experiences from the case study of company G in order to promote the development of the industry.
