【摘要】："小康社會(huì)"作為中國(guó)社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段的重要組成部分,深刻體現(xiàn)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中社會(huì)理想的內(nèi)容,也體現(xiàn)了馬克思主義社會(huì)理想的豐富思想,以及中國(guó)近代以來中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨數(shù)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人帶領(lǐng)下中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐成果。黨的"十八大"提出在2020年實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會(huì)的宏偉戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),為當(dāng)前中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)指明了階段性發(fā)展方向。十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記對(duì)全面建成小康社會(huì)的基本內(nèi)容做出了深刻的闡述,習(xí)近平同志提出了"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"、"四個(gè)全面"、"五大發(fā)展理念"、"精準(zhǔn)扶貧"等命題,這些命題之間有著緊密的哲學(xué)聯(lián)系。同時(shí),這些命題既表達(dá)了習(xí)近平總書記對(duì)全面建成小康社會(huì)的深刻理解,也為當(dāng)前全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)指明了奮斗的方向、方針和理念。習(xí)近平的全面建成小康社會(huì)思想對(duì)中國(guó)當(dāng)前社會(huì)建設(shè)有著重大的指導(dǎo)意義。在"小康社會(huì)"建設(shè)過程中,數(shù)量龐大的"農(nóng)民工"群體的產(chǎn)生成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)建設(shè)過程中的特色現(xiàn)象。農(nóng)民工群體具有顯著的特征,他們持有農(nóng)民身份卻長(zhǎng)期在城市生活,已然習(xí)慣城市的生活方式。大部分農(nóng)民工通過在城市從事非農(nóng)工作,積累了一定的資金、技術(shù)甚至城市中的管理理念和契約精神,在個(gè)人素質(zhì)上得到較大的提高。而近十年來,在巨大的進(jìn)城務(wù)工"農(nóng)民工"群體中出現(xiàn)了另一個(gè)值得關(guān)注和研究的"農(nóng)民工"群體,他們?cè)谶M(jìn)城務(wù)工一定時(shí)間后重新返回農(nóng)村地區(qū)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)。農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為與小康社會(huì)的全面建成之間存在密不可分的關(guān)系。全面建成小康社會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)以及思想理論對(duì)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)行為對(duì)全面小康社會(huì)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了巨大的動(dòng)力。在全面小康社會(huì)背景下,關(guān)注和研究農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而提出扶持幫助農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)有著重要的意義。在中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,新農(nóng)村建設(shè)面臨農(nóng)村空心化、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不均衡以及農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)科技含量低等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)在全而建成小康社會(huì)的過程中扮演重要角色,而農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)對(duì)于新農(nóng)村建設(shè)以及全面小康社會(huì)建設(shè)有著重要的意義。有效扶持農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)有助于克服新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中所遇到的問題,也能夠使得農(nóng)村地區(qū)乃至全中國(guó)全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)。當(dāng)前,在全面建成小康社會(huì)的背景下,農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)取得了重大的成就,但同時(shí)也面臨諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。本文從全面建成小康社會(huì)的理論內(nèi)涵以及理論背景為出發(fā)點(diǎn),圍繞馬克思主義社會(huì)建設(shè)以及小康社會(huì)建設(shè)等思想理論層而,探索當(dāng)前農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)所遇到的問題并分析其中的原因,進(jìn)而提出在全面建成小康社會(huì)的背景下扶持農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the primary stage of Chinese socialism, "Well-off Society" deeply embodies the content of social ideal in Chinese traditional culture, and also embodies the rich thought of Marxist social ideal.And the theoretical and practical achievements of Chinese revolution and construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China since modern times.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the grand strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020, and pointed out the development direction of the current socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Chinese Dream has made a profound exposition on the basic contents of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Comrade Xi Jinping has put forward such propositions as "Chinese Dream", "four all-round", "five major development concepts", "precision poverty alleviation" and so on.There is a close philosophical connection between these propositions.At the same time, these propositions not only express General Secretary Xi Jinping's profound understanding of building a well-off society in an all-round way, but also point out the direction, policy and concept of struggle for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.Xi Jinping's idea of building a well-off society in an all-round way is of great significance to China's current social construction.In the process of building a "well-off society", the emergence of a large number of "migrant workers" has become a characteristic phenomenon in the process of China's economic and social construction.Migrant workers have remarkable characteristics, they hold the status of farmers but have long been living in the city, they have become accustomed to the way of life in the city.The majority of migrant workers have accumulated certain funds, technology and even the management concept and the spirit of contract in the city by engaging in non-agricultural work in the city, so that their personal quality has been greatly improved.In the past ten years, another "peasant worker" group, which is worthy of attention and research, has appeared in the huge group of migrant workers in cities, who return to rural areas to start their own businesses after a certain period of time.There is a close relationship between the return of migrant workers and the overall establishment of a well-off society.The strategic goal and ideological theory of building a well-off society in an all-round way have important guiding significance for migrant workers to return to their hometown to start their own businesses, and at the same time, the entrepreneurial behavior of migrant workers returning to their hometown provides a huge impetus for the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way.Under the background of an overall well-off society, it is of great significance to pay attention to and study the phenomenon of migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses.In the process of urbanization in China, the construction of new countryside is confronted with the problems of rural hollowing, unbalanced development of urban and rural areas and low scientific and technological content of rural production.The construction of new countryside plays an important role in the process of building a well-to-do society, and it is of great significance for the construction of new rural areas and the construction of a well-off society for migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses.It helps to overcome the problems encountered in the construction of new rural areas and to make the rural areas and even the whole China realize a well-off society in an all-round way.At present, under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, migrant workers have made great achievements in returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses, but at the same time, they face many practical problems.Starting from the theoretical connotation and theoretical background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper focuses on the ideological and theoretical layers of Marxist social construction and well-off society construction.This paper explores the problems encountered by migrant workers returning to their hometowns to start their own businesses and analyzes the causes, and then puts forward the countermeasures to support migrant workers returning to start their own businesses under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
