【摘要】：就目前而言,我國廚具行業(yè)還處于初級發(fā)展階段。而作為廚具行業(yè)一員的S公司在這種大環(huán)境下也開始針對市場進(jìn)行分析,并制定科學(xué)化的戰(zhàn)略管理方案。盡管如此,和一些著名公司相比,S公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略還存在一定的差距,很多方面還是處于初級階段,管理較為粗放。基于此,S公司研究制定高效科學(xué)化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是具有重大意義的。本篇論文主要分析了戰(zhàn)略管理理論,根據(jù)S公司的發(fā)展情況,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,找出影響廚具企業(yè)的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境因素。主要采用了以下幾種分析方式,分別是PEST分析、波特·五力分析,對S公司的外部環(huán)境(宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境)、內(nèi)部環(huán)境(管理現(xiàn)狀、價(jià)值鏈)等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、全面和深入的分析,并利用SWOT分析工具,提出了S公司的備擇戰(zhàn)略;在明確S公司的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)前提下,利用QSPM分析得出了新常態(tài)下S公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本篇論文在設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案時(shí),針對S企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀提出以下幾點(diǎn)要求:首先S企業(yè)要想在行業(yè)內(nèi)站穩(wěn)腳跟,就必須提升企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理制度,將優(yōu)勢資源進(jìn)行整合。其次要多培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)人才,尤其是小家電企業(yè)經(jīng)紀(jì)人。三是更新技術(shù),爭取在國際市場上嶄露頭角。針對S公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,本篇論文提出一些有建設(shè)性的意見和建議,同時(shí)針對我國廚具行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展前景和趨勢進(jìn)行深入分析和討論,希望能夠給其他企業(yè)提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, China's kitchen industry is still in the initial stage. As a member of the S kitchen industry in this environment also started to analyze the market, strategic management scheme and develop scientifically. Nevertheless, compared with some well-known companies, there is still a gap between the development strategy of S company. A lot still in the primary stage, extensive management. Based on this, the development strategy of S company to develop efficient scientific research is of great significance. This thesis mainly analyzes the strategic management theory, according to the development situation of S company, combined with the theory, find out the factors influencing the kitchenware enterprise's internal and external environment. Mainly used the following are analysis, PEST analysis, five forces analysis of Potter, the external environment of S (macro environment and industry environment, the internal environment (Management), value chain). The surface of the system, comprehensive and in-depth analysis, and using SWOT analysis tool, put forward S's alternative strategy; strategic objectives in the clear S company under the premise of using the QSPM analysis of the development strategy under the new norm of S company. This paper in the design of the strategic implementation plan, aiming at the current situation S enterprise proposed the following requirements: first, S companies want to gain a foothold in the industry, we must improve the internal management system, the advantages of resources integration. Secondly we must cultivate more excellent professional talents, especially the small household electrical appliance enterprises. Agent three is updated technology, strive to make a figure in the international market development strategy. For S company, put forward some constructive opinions and suggestions of this thesis, and in-depth analysis and Discussion on Chinese kitchen industry future development prospects and trends, we hope to be able to provide other enterprises Some lessons.
