【摘要】：文章以社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論與知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)觀,探索企業(yè)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新的形成機(jī)制。高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)(TMT)網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征(中心性、稀疏性)代表獲取企業(yè)外部資源與信息的能力,通過(guò)組織知識(shí)創(chuàng)造過(guò)程(知識(shí)交流、知識(shí)組合),促進(jìn)企業(yè)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新。依據(jù)241份樣本,對(duì)TMT網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征與雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新間關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),且探討了知識(shí)交流與知識(shí)組合兩類知識(shí)創(chuàng)造過(guò)程的中介作用。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:TMT網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征對(duì)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新具有積極影響;知識(shí)交流與知識(shí)組合對(duì)上述關(guān)系均具有中介作用。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果在理論上指出TMT社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性的重要性,有助于深化TMT網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征對(duì)企業(yè)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新的相關(guān)機(jī)理研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social network and knowledge-based view, this paper explores the formation mechanism of dual innovation in enterprises.The network features (centrality, sparsity) of the top management team represent the ability to obtain external resources and information of an enterprise, and promote enterprise dualistic innovation through organizing the process of knowledge creation (knowledge exchange, knowledge combination).Based on 241 samples, this paper empirically tests the relationship between the characteristics of TMT network and binary innovation, and probes into the intermediary role of knowledge exchange and knowledge combination in the process of knowledge creation.The empirical results show that the characteristics of the twofold TMT network have a positive impact on dualistic innovation, and knowledge exchange and knowledge combination play an intermediary role in these relationships.The empirical results theoretically point out the importance of the embeddedness of TMT social network, which is helpful to deepen the research on the mechanism of dual innovation of TMT network.
