【摘要】:企業(yè)博士后是以企業(yè)為培養(yǎng)主體,通過培養(yǎng)與使用相結(jié)合的方式,培養(yǎng)和造就高級科技研發(fā)和管理人才;它的產(chǎn)生有其內(nèi)在的邏輯,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展、產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、提升企業(yè)核心競爭力以及企業(yè)具有培養(yǎng)的能力、企業(yè)優(yōu)厚科研生活條件的吸引等內(nèi)外部因素共同構(gòu)成其生成的獨(dú)特生態(tài);根據(jù)其生成的特殊邏輯,應(yīng)堅(jiān)持以科研項(xiàng)目研究為中心、組建以博士后為帶頭人的研究團(tuán)隊(duì)、實(shí)施差異化的考評與多元化的激勵機(jī)制、優(yōu)化科研環(huán)境等措施,全面提升企業(yè)博士后的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Enterprise postdoctoral is to cultivate and bring up advanced scientific and technological research and development and management personnel through the way of combining training and using with enterprise as the main body of cultivation, its emergence has its inherent logic, innovation drive development, production, teaching and research collaborative innovation,Internal and external factors such as enhancing the core competence of the enterprise and cultivating the ability of the enterprise, the attraction of the excellent scientific research and living conditions of the enterprise together constitute the unique ecology of its formation; according to the special logic of its generation, the internal and external factors constitute the unique ecology of its formation.We should take scientific research project as the center, set up research team with postdoctoral leader, carry out differentiated evaluation and diversified incentive mechanism, optimize scientific research environment, and improve the quality of postdoctoral training in an all-round way.
