【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購戰(zhàn)略是新創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展采用的探索性擴張戰(zhàn)略。以大富科技為例,在分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購行為產(chǎn)生機理的基礎上,根據(jù)企業(yè)并購目的,定義了3種不同類型的創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購行為,分別為基于開拓新市場的創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購、基于進入新行業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購以及基于深化工藝和系統(tǒng)支持的創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購。在此基礎上,總結歸納了3種創(chuàng)業(yè)導向并購對象選擇因素及其特征,豐富了創(chuàng)業(yè)導向戰(zhàn)略相關研究內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial orientation acquisition strategy is the strategic expansion of new enterprise development by exploring. With rich technology as an example, based on the analysis of entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises merger and acquisition mechanism, according to the enterprise merger and acquisition, defines 3 different types of entrepreneurial orientation of mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions are developing new markets based on entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial orientation of mergers and acquisitions enter a new industry as well as mergers and support the deepening process and system based on entrepreneurial orientation. On this basis, summarizes 3 kinds of entrepreneurial orientation acquisition target selection factors and characteristics, enrich the entrepreneurial orientation strategy research.
