大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著市場化經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,加之國務(wù)院國資委正在推行央企三供一業(yè)(供水、供電、供暖和物業(yè)管理簡稱“三供一業(yè)”)分離移交,整個(gè)物業(yè)服務(wù)市場結(jié)構(gòu)將會(huì)發(fā)生重大改變,自主經(jīng)營、公平競爭,消費(fèi)者自由選擇、自主消費(fèi),商品和要素自由流動(dòng)、平等交換的現(xiàn)代市場體系會(huì)越來越完善。在這種形勢下,國企物業(yè)公司傳統(tǒng)的僵硬的管理模式將會(huì)被淘汰。作為國企的大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司為了能夠繼續(xù)保持地區(qū)行業(yè)內(nèi)優(yōu)勢地位,并實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須調(diào)整未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此,深入分析大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,提出適合公司情況的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并確定戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,顯得尤為必要。論文以大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查、定量分析、宏觀與微觀相結(jié)合、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等分析方法。根據(jù)大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司目前發(fā)展情況,對(duì)公司的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。論文主要包含以下內(nèi)容:首先是闡述大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司的研究背景、研究目的和意義,介紹并評(píng)價(jià)國內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略研究現(xiàn)狀,接著提出研究內(nèi)容、框架及研究方法。二是介紹公司戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論,包括戰(zhàn)略管理理論內(nèi)涵、特征、意義與過程。然后介紹戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具,論文中應(yīng)用到的有PEST分析模型和SWOT分析模型。三是分別對(duì)大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,然后構(gòu)建了SWOT矩陣,對(duì)公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,確定了可供選擇的戰(zhàn)略組合。四是根據(jù)大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司戰(zhàn)略愿景與指導(dǎo)思想,結(jié)合上文內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析結(jié)果,提出大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司可采取的戰(zhàn)略方案和戰(zhàn)略定位。提出低成本、差異化、多元化三種戰(zhàn)略選擇模式。五是提出大慶油田WF物業(yè)公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,主要是加強(qiáng)品牌影響力,加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管理,優(yōu)化人力資源結(jié)構(gòu),有效利用大數(shù)據(jù)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè),提高設(shè)備使用效率等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market-oriented economy and the fact that the SASAC of the State Council is carrying out the separation and handover of the three supply industries (water supply, power supply, heating and property management) between the central enterprises,The whole market structure of property service will be changed greatly. The modern market system of independent management, fair competition, free choice of consumers, free consumption, free flow of goods and elements, and equal exchange will be more and more perfect.In this situation, the traditional state-owned property companies rigid management model will be eliminated.As a state-owned enterprise, Daqing Oil Field WF property Company must adjust its future development strategy in order to maintain the regional advantage and realize sustainable development.Therefore, it is particularly necessary to analyze the internal and external environment of WF property company in Daqing Oilfield, to put forward the development strategy suitable for the company's situation and to determine the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.This paper takes Daqing Oilfield WF property Company as the research object, adopts the literature investigation, the quantitative analysis, the macroscopic and the microscopic union, the theory unifies the practice and so on the analysis method.According to the current development of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, the strategy of the company is systematically studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of WF property company in Daqing Oilfield are described, and the present situation of strategic research at home and abroad is introduced and evaluated. Then, the research content, framework and research methods are put forward.The second is to introduce the related theories of company strategy, including the connotation, characteristics, significance and process of strategic management theory.Then the strategic management analysis tools are introduced. The PEST analysis model and the SWOT analysis model are applied in this paper.The third is to analyze the external environment and internal environment of Daqing oilfield WF property company respectively, then construct the SWOT matrix, analyze the internal and external environment of the company by SWOT, and determine the strategic combination that can be selected.Fourth, according to the strategic vision and guiding ideology of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, combined with the above analysis of the internal and external environment, the paper puts forward the strategic plan and strategic orientation that can be adopted by Daqing Oilfield WF property Company.Put forward three kinds of strategic choice mode: low cost, differentiation and diversification.The fifth is to put forward the strategy implementation of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, mainly to strengthen the brand influence, strengthen the financial management, optimize the human resource structure, effectively utilize big data to strengthen the information construction of the enterprise, and improve the efficiency of the use of equipment, etc.
