【摘要】：經濟新常態(tài)下,創(chuàng)新驅動成為關鍵,而如何利用知識產權服務來增強自身的創(chuàng)新潛能也成為孵化器內新創(chuàng)企業(yè)所關注的焦點。本文解析了新常態(tài)下新創(chuàng)企業(yè)知識產權服務訴求的內涵,識別了企業(yè)知識產權服務訴求的具體內容,并將訴求分為技術服務、權利服務和環(huán)境服務三類。運用熵值法對服務訴求進行實證分析,結果表明,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)對研發(fā)資金、分析評議的需求度最高,對孵化場所、申請代理、學術論壇的需求度略低。在實證分析的基礎上,系統(tǒng)性地構建了以資金和評議為雙核的服務供給體系,以求改善孵化器知識產權服務的效能。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, innovation drive becomes the key, and how to use intellectual property rights to enhance their innovation potential has become the focus of attention of the new enterprises in the incubator.This paper analyzes the connotation of the intellectual property service demands of the new normal enterprises, identifies the specific contents of the intellectual property rights service demands of the enterprises, and divides the claims into three categories: technical services, rights services and environmental services.The results show that the demand for R & D funds is the highest, and the demand for incubator, application agent and academic forum is lower.On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper systematically constructs a service supply system based on capital and appraisal, in order to improve the efficiency of intellectual property services of incubators.
