【摘要】：受到資源限制的新創(chuàng)企業(yè)進(jìn)行突破性創(chuàng)新往往面臨著諸多困難,創(chuàng)業(yè)拼湊理論為其指明新的道路�；�213份有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,從知識(shí)觀視角研究創(chuàng)業(yè)拼湊對(duì)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)突破性創(chuàng)新的影響,并探討創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)在其中所發(fā)揮的中介作用。研究結(jié)果表明:創(chuàng)業(yè)拼湊對(duì)突破性創(chuàng)新有正向影響;創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)在創(chuàng)業(yè)拼湊對(duì)突破性創(chuàng)新的影響中發(fā)揮完全中介的作用。
[Abstract]:The breakthrough innovation of startups limited by resources often faces many difficulties, and the theory of entrepreneurship patching points out a new way for it.Based on 213 effective questionnaires, this paper studies the impact of entrepreneurial patchwork on breakthrough innovation of new enterprises from the perspective of knowledge, and probes into the intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning in it.The results show that entrepreneurial patchwork has a positive impact on breakthrough innovation and entrepreneurial learning plays a role as a complete intermediary in the impact of entrepreneurial patchwork on breakthrough innovation.
