【摘要】：從嵌入位置和附加值兩個(gè)維度,測(cè)算中國(guó)對(duì)"一帶一路"沿線直接投資企業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈中的地位,指出不同類型的企業(yè)在投資過程中的制約因素,有針對(duì)性地設(shè)計(jì)出了多樣化的投資模式,即:市場(chǎng)滲透模式、縱向整合模式、多元發(fā)展模式和共同價(jià)值模式�；�2005~2014年中國(guó)跨國(guó)公司對(duì)"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家的179次直接投資活動(dòng),通過多元Logit模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出了不同投資模式的主要影響因素,并給出了全球價(jià)值鏈視角下中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)"一帶一路"沿線直接投資的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:From the two dimensions of embedding position and added value, this paper calculates the position of China's direct investment enterprises along "Belt and Road" in the global value chain, and points out the restrictive factors of different types of enterprises in the process of investment.A variety of investment models are designed, that is, market penetration model, vertical integration model, multiple development model and common value model.Based on the 179 direct investment activities of Chinese transnational corporations in the countries along Belt and Road from 2005 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical test by using multiple Logit models, and finds out the main influencing factors of different investment modes.The countermeasures and suggestions of Chinese enterprises' direct investment along "Belt and Road" from the perspective of global value chain are also given.
